One could argue though, Wasim, Waqar, Shoaib and Saqi from 1999-2003 was the strongest.

The difference is that there is nobody in this attack who gives away runs. Shoaib was dangerous on his day, but he could be expensive on other days.

With this attack teams have struggled to even reach 200 on flat tracks, I don't recall that attack being that dominant.
