Like I said, this is his first series. The more he plays and performs, the more power he will get. When it comes to the other aspects of captaincy that are in his control, ie on the field, he has so far shown himself to be leagues ahead of Azhar Ali in t20s. But yes, lets remove him after 40 overs of batting because Hafeez came in at 3 (who incidentally, might be playing a badly times innings, but is actually the best batsman in this match so far...)
