Sri Lanka is my 3rd favourite too after Pakistan and West Indies. They were obviously gonna struggle after the retirements of Sanga and Jaya but they have some decent young players who will only get back with age and experience. From what I've heard, the public there is fanatic about cricket so they should be back in a few years at a good level again.
In West Indies, I'm not sure if many people care about cricket and that is obviously a big problem. I miss the days of Lara, Chanderpaul, Sarwan, young Gayle, Hinds. I loved that team as a kid. T20 leagues have killed Windies cricket.
