What bowling shoes should i use on matt ?

just wondering guys can i wear metal spikes on matt ? i usually wear joggers but this season im thinking to get proper shoes. thanks

No you can't wear spikes indoors, you will break your leg.

Use rubber sole trainers.

no dude , what i meant was we play in field but we dont have turf we just put matt on a surface like concrete !

Ah ok even still the spikes will damage the matt and you will still slip and get injured as spikes won't sink into mat and concrete.

Hey bud, try get a pair of decent spikes that you can unscrew.

Most new cricket shoes now have a astro type rubber complementing the spikes just take out the spikes when you bowling on the mats and screw the spikes back in when you outdoor it will be a pain but using spikes on matts will sink and ruin the nets. Your club captain probably will get upset with you lOL
