I find it really annoying that these days every tom, dick and harry has that haircut and when you go to barber, the barber will expect you to get the fade cut when it doesn't really suit me.

You are calling Tom,Dick and Harry thats because you are jealous with them.
Why to imitate others?
Have your our own look.

I hate it. You see all of these Pakistani youths with this fade hairstyle, acting like they are some gangstas or something. They look like idiots to me.

The problem is that most of the barbers have now adopted this haircut as well and would expect you to get this haircut.

it's the trend these days just like how the fohawk was very popular afew years ago. I personally get a low fade and leave my hair long at the top but I had this style before it became extremely popular

It's really popular in America too, you see most young guys with a fade - it's usually associated with Latinos. In the NBA most of the african american players have fades too cause it looks good. I stopped getting fades a few months ago cause I'm changing up my look.

In pakistan they call it a fauji cut :)))

They look nothing alike. How old are you?

Your comment is like 10 years old, fades have been popular since like 2011/12 whereas fauxhawks have not be relevant since 2009.

I don't know about the UK but it's associated with young people of all races.

Over here it's considered a 'fuqboi' haircut and the girls love (if you can pull it).

I think people on here either don't know what a fade a looks like or the barbers in the UK/Pakistan just aren't doing it right.

You can style it on top however way you want depending on how much length you want to keep, a fade is just really short hair on the sides blended in seamlessly. There are different kinds of fades - skin fades, low fades, mid fades and high fades. You need a good barber to get it right.

These are all variations of the fade and as you can see it's trendy among young people of all races, Idk about the uk or Pakistan but it's a good haircut - nice and clean and gives a masculine look. It's way better than the bushy long hairs that you see on Bollywood/Lollywood stars or on Indo-Pak people on Tiktok lol

I generally go for extremely short hair (almost bald). I have been having this haircut for the past 6 years.

I am not a fan of fade haircut.

Here's a video explaining the various kinds of fades, like I said above it's the most popular hairstyle across all races at least in the west - it's not just "UK Pakistanis", lol some people need to branch out and meet more people.

Juts need Mamoon to come in and rant at the UK Mirpuris. :))

What's wrong with it? I get it whenever I go for a haircut.
It's just a contemporary style but seems like the older generation always has a problem with everything we do.
