Yes mainly Quran and Islamic lectures and duroos. That is what I’ve replaced music with for the most part too. Alhamdullilah.
Sometimes when I’m doing heavy set at the gym temptation comes to push through, usually am able to resist putting on some music, but if it’s still there then I will just put on nasheed like the above.
Being able to sit through discomfort without resorting to numbing the senses in a haram way basically.
Nice.
I may listen to this nasheed if I am working out (it has no music I believe):
