My experience goes to the Tagliatelle Carbonara from Olive Garden - full of nothing but cheese and cream. Must have been at least 2500 calories including the Coke I got with it lol

Share your experience!

Taco bell quesarita with a large mountain dew sangrita. In terms of calories I've had more before, but I felt like I had fat rolls like the Michelin Man. I'm not a big fan of cheese but that thing was overloaded. Felt bad eating it.

Then other was the triple whopper with fries I had in a mall in Turkey, 100% worth it.

Too many unhealthy meal to name one :/

Often I get a donner kebab which has sauces and cheese on it with two cans. I then proceed to a dessert (two scoops of ice cream from Baskin Robins) and a Sheesha and desi tea.

Deep fried oreos.

Chappal Kebbab that my uncle reheated by.....re-frying them!

Whole pie of Dominos pan pizza. That thing is made with buttery dough plus cheese.

Eating Karhai Gosht at a restaurant at Namak Mandi in Peshawar. It was unlike anything I have ever had, a far cry from the Karhai gosht dishes at Pashtun dhabba joints in Karachi.

It was 90% fat and 10% meat and was cooked in animal fat. Our whole group who ordered the dish took two bites and left it. But I took it as a mission, this was going to be my foodie moment. I think I was just hungry and curious and high. It was a classic stoner dish.

I may have had unhealthier dishes unknowingly, going by how food in American fast food joints and restaurants is beyond comparison to any food anywhere else, in terms of carb and fat content, plus the portion sizes. But that particular experience was memorable. Not just the meal but the day after as well.

the pashtun karhai in karachi, lahore, islamabad is nothing like the original stuff in peshawar

i had it once and it was amazing. unhealthy but tastes extremely delicious.

there was this deli near my college

$10 burger/fries/drink combo could take you a whole 24 hours

must be several thousand calories

As far as karahis are concerned, there was this karahi I had in abbotabad

best karahi ever.

obv it was unhealthy but not more than necessary/expected

haha I have never had that - usually get the taco supreme and the quesadillas sometimes.

Is Taco Bell one of your favorites?

Generally don't anything that is really unhealthy. I think the problem lies in the portions. I onlce ate a triple burger at fat burger. That felt pretty unhealthy.

How big was the burger?

not sure how to say size

but prolly double size of a big mac

unhealthy part was the oil (maybe straight up lard) dripping and the cheese

This curry that is made on every eid ul Azha, named Rosh that is made up of lambs meat and oil, full of cholesterol and fats.

Well I don't eat it but thats the unhealthiest I've ever ate!

Ever had this thing in eid? eeeewwww

Ah, Lamb Fries, a.k.a. kapooray a.k.a. Rocky Mountain Oysters.

As I keep reminding people, if they've had takatak, they've had them, usually unknowingly.

Southern Fried Chicken Breast piece with Chips and Donner Meat, I have it every now and then; tbh my diet is terrible, I eat everything

Wait a minute... I think I've had the same Karahi.. is it the same place where they zibah the chicken right after you order? Can't get any fresher than that. Man I had that Karahi 12 years ago but I still remember it.

Idk how it is in third world States but in Canada most places calories right next to the meal so you know roughly how much you are eating. :afridi

I never said I didn't know how many calories it had. But good try, you'll catch me off guard eventually. :kp

Yes I think we might be talking about the same thing

It's been more than a year but everytime karahi comes into the discussion I am reminded of that

Honestly that must be among the top 3 dishes/food I have ever had.

Still remember it and must have had a good dozen Karahis since then

I really have to go there one more time in my life

Oh damn that looks delicious haha

probably a desert

maybe cheesecake factory's oreo cheesecake

First position (Shared):
(Halwa Puris (3+) + Lassi 2 glass) & (Pathorays 6 + Gola Kulfa)

Second Position:
Laal Channay Naan + Rabri Milk

Third Position:
Zinger Mighty + 2 crispy pieces + fries + drink + half plate Saviour Chicken Pulao

Needless to say I had very difficult times digesting these.

Deep fried oreos.

Chappal Kebbab that my uncle reheated by.....re-frying them!

Deep fried oreos would love to try that, but that will be the only thing I'll eat the entire day.

I think they're goat testicles.

:danish

Depends how big they are.

If they are the same size as a regular Oreo - I doubt it can keep you going the whole day by just eating one (deep fried or not)

Very. I hardly ever eat any carbs.

Carbs don't do anything helpful for you except make you look like a walking gulab jamun.

What do you eat to gain energy? Can eating proteins, fruit and vegetables keep you going throughout the day?

I have heard good carbs such as brown rice or whole wheat bread should be eaten in moderation.

i dont think any meal can be unhealthier than siri paye and kulcey/naan. loaded with cholestrol, carbs and calories. throw in a soda and you got sugar as well.

Yeah, I just rely on protein & fruits. That's pretty much it.

Just finished eating Chicken Breast (500g) a couple of hours ago.

Fried Chicken, Waffles and Maple Syrup with Cream.

ANnnnnnd for dessert I went for the Apple Pie with Vanilla Ice Cream.

God Bless America's crazy food creations!

oops, they're testicles? my bad...uploaded the wrong pic. And takatak is made of testicles? insane!:harby

I'm talking about this actually, never ate it but if someone here did, then I bet you this is the unhealthiest thing you've eaten. They're made up of the lambs dock that is all "charbi"

I had fish and chips yesterday evening Robert Markhor Chief Destroyer

a 3 patty cheeseburger with 2 eggs inside at my local bar along with mozzarella sticks, sweet potato fries, tater tots and 2 tall glasses of America's finest draft

Yesterday I had a whole large Pizza for lunch and then had chicken tikka roll for dinner along with some samosas and ribena.

Killer meal, literally. But sounds delicious. Sounds like what my worst ever meal would be like, if I were to have one.
