Brother is posting threads about favorite fruits, but instead of eating them, he’s having quenchers :inti

Is it true you weigh 205 pounds? Stop eating beef perhaps

:qdkcheeky

Can't live without beef and other meats. :inti

I don't think meat is the issue. Meat has no carb. Issue is the carb.

Anyway, I am trying to lose 20-30 pounds. Let's see how it goes. I am combining intermittent fasting with 2 meals a day and daily cardio. :inti

Clearly haven’t heard of carnivore diet which people do to actually lose weight.

Let me invite you to a steakhouse next time I am in Goa. :afridi

If not the actual thing have some imitation vegan steak.

That reminds me, beef bacon is actually very tasty. I’ve had non Muslims tell me even that they prefer it to the regular pork one. It’s actually surprising that when this topic comes up irl with non Muslims quite a good portion of them are not big fans of pork either due to taste or due to health reasons.

Never tried beef bacon. :inti

When it comes to beef, I prefer to eat it in the form of steak, beef curry, beef kebab, beef shawarma, or beef biryani.

Those are all solid but definitely give it a try when you get the chance. With the amount of halal restaurants in Canada with various cuisines, I’d be surprised if they didn’t have a place with it.

I had it couple years ago. Really good, crispy but not burnt and went well with the eggs.

Thanks.

Hope to try.

You should respect the sentiments of Indians living in places like America, Canada etc. and stop eating beef. It is hurting their beliefs and might just trigger them to come back to India and spend time with cows. :inti

LOL!

The reason why I post about beef here is because this is a "what did you last eat?" thread and my last meals are often beef dishes. :inti

It has nothing to do with hurting sentiments of bhakts. They are not even in the equation. It is not like I am posting these on a bhakt platform. :inti

Why would I go to steakhouse when I dnt eat beef? Is that your way of forcing your religion to others? So insecure.

How about i invite you to have bacon sandwich? Then again, I dnt eat pork either...so thats another story.

How about I invite you to have 4 pints of beer, 2 gin and tonic and 3 tequilla shots? Normally I am in Ravi Shastri state most friday and saturday evenings. So you can join me in one of those sessions. Apart from the alcohol, you will find many eye candies too in UK pubs.

Joining?

You asked someone to give up beef to lose weight, completely ignorant of the fact that people go on carnivore diets at times really only eating beef to lose weight. I’m not going around to pork eaters and forcing my opinion on them.

That’s the point I was trying to illustrate to you.

But you are so confused that you invited me to eat pork when you can’t eat it yourself :misbah

Maybe try to come to a conclusion about what you can and can’t do first, then we can talk.

You seem to be having beef biryani 3 times a day after your jhagra with brother @uppercut

:qdkcheeky

No. I always eat a lot of beef dishes. Chicken dishes too. I am a meat man. :inti

I ordered $90 worth of beef biryani for some guests but the dawat got canceled. End result is a lot of leftover beef biryani which I am now finishing. May take 3-4 days to finish.:inti

Good time to start your gym career if you haven’t already.

$90 CAD worth of beef biryani still going strong. Gotta take advantage and use it for muscle building.

Yes, brother.

Thinking of starting to lift again. I used to be regular at the gym; used to hit the gym 5 days a week.

I currently do cardio only (45-60 minutes of daily walk). May add a bit of light lifting.

Rice with fish and spicy mashed potatoes (known as "aloo bhorta" in Bangladesh).
Peanuts.
Orange.
Milk.
