Butter tea?

This is a tea common in Tibet. It is called "Tibetan Butter Tea".
Ingredients are --> 2/3 cup of water, 1/3 cup of milk, teabag, butter, salt.
I learned about it from Wikipedia last month.
Since then, I have made it a few times using a YouTube tutorial. I am loving this tea now.

Left over Yorkshire Pudding, Mash, Gravy from Yesterday. Lol

Honestly there are probably better and more authentic Kashmiri chai brands out there.Bought some more Kashmiri teas (3 boxes = 30 cups).
Also, bought Tapal green tea. I have never tried Tapal brand before. I believe this is a Pakistani brand.

It’s the best when you make it yourself over the stove and you can make enough to last you 1-3 days.
Idk, never been a fan of instant mixes for Kashmiri chai because the real thing is really good and worth the effort

Tbh that is one of the reasons I exercise so I can eat more, as someone who enjoys eating as well.LOL. Yeah. You can say that.
But, I also do regular cardio (150-250 minutes weekly).
I managed to reach 193 pounds from 213 pounds. Lost 20 pounds in the last 18 months using intermittent fasting and cardio.
Then again, it is easier to lose weight when you are fat. I was very fat last year. I think I am in a better shape now after losing 20 pounds. I still want to lose 20-30 more pounds.

Without exercise its too difficult to indulge in food you enjoy without developing medical conditions unless you’re metabolism is gifted.![]()

Do it bro I’m telling you. Esp since you lifted in the past, muscle memory will kick in and your previous gains will return in 2 months or so In Sha Allah. Doesn’t matter how many years you took off. Just because you did it at least in 1 period of your life, that’s all it takes for muscle memory to work.Agree.
Exercise can provide a bit of cushion if diet is not great.
I am someone who can't follow strict diet. So, only option is exercise. I thankfully enjoy exercise and I do it regularly.
Anyway, I am thinking of adding some weight lifting alongside my cardio. I have two adjustable dumbells (up to 50 pounds for each hand) in my room.

Will also mean you have to do less cardio since you are doing additional activity.
Also the muscle will help for the rishta - at the very least it can’t hurt![]()

Yeah... Food is the main topic... gotta keep the talk healthyGreat to see they embraced beef. When India become liberated (in the future), I expect beef to become mainstream in India.
This thread was going great until one decided to make it toxic. Funny.
Anyway, we can return to discussing foods I guess.
