Breakfast:
Small black coffee - no sugar
2 toasts, 1 with almond butter , 1 with roasted tahini = sprinkled both with some seeds (linseed, sunflower seeds, hemp seeds, goji berries, sunflower seeds. pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, poppy seeds,

Greek yoghurt with kefir, raspberry/ blueberries/ strawberries,
green tea

1 roti / daal

It is -3 Celsius currently. :inti

It is cold outside but not inside (because there is heating). I eat ice cream all year long; winter or summer. :inti

Anyway, -3 is actually a warm January temperature by Toronto's standard. LOL. Toronto used to be much colder in January 15-20 years ago. Global warming seems to be warming up Canada slightly.

I think you have as many meals in a day I have in a entire week…mashallah nazar na lagjai.

LOL!

I used to eat even more 10-15 years ago. However, I also used to be active in the gym (used to hit the gym 5 days a week).

I no longer go to gym but I do regular cardio. I have a treadmill and a cycling machine for cardio. During summer, I do cardio outside. :inti

I want to return to lifting but I am always procrastinating. Getting distracted by other things. Hopefully I will start soon. :inti

Played tenis doubles for 2hrs
Davids protein bar - chocolate chop cookie = tasted more like super dry cardboard

Lunch:
45 min walk on lunch break
