Went to a Sri Lankan food store today.

Food was great. Gave the store 5 stars on Google.

Be careful when consuming chia seeds when fasting. Chia seeds are very hydrophilic so they do dehydrate you, even though they have their benefits.

yeh i know this, but i drink like 1.5litres of just water by itself everyday - even while fasting

When I fast during Ramadan, I consume 1.5 litres of water after iftar and 1.5 litres of water right before I start my fast.
thats alot, considering alot of what you eat has water in it, i'll stop at 2 litres overall a day - unless im playing sports - as your body will just urinate out the vitamins consumed

You are right. Too much water can cause water intoxication.

Maybe I can reduce it to 1.25 litres or 1 litre each (reduction of 500-1000 ml overall).

Youghurt / kefir / bluberries/ strawberries / raspberries + sunflower seeds. pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, goji berries

Diner:
Home made taco meat + 2 turkish shop bought wraps - i added a bit off greek yoghurt onto the wraps

4 egge omlette with mushrooms, spinach, red peppers

Lunch:
Small black coffee - no sugar

Home made fajita meat + 2 turkish wraps, shop bought - i added a bit off greek yoghurt onto the wraps

Came to Hyderabad for a business trip.
Had Tandoori Quail Bird starter and Mutton Biryani from Sri Kanya.
It is very good, but a little spicy.
 
Cardio: 40 minutes.

Post-cardio meal:
Rice + beef curry + beef liver curry + 2 eggs (curry) + mashed "shrimp and veggie".
A bowl of daal mixed with lime.
Milk.

Green tea + ginger

Diner:
Steamed veg
Green tea + ginger

Played tennis for 2 hrs - Lunch just had a davids protein bar after tennis

I love Lotus Biscoff biscuits. One of my top 5 favorite biscuits.
