small plate of mixed fresh fruit
glass of with water / psyllium husk + chia seeds
Iftar:
1 date with milk
2 glasses of water + chia seeds
Salad = Cannellini beans / cucumber / beetroot / cherry tomatoes / feta cheese / extra virgin olive oil

Yes as long as you are drinking enough water, it’s not a problem.I used to have chia seeds daily (with my milk). Didn't know this.

thats alot, considering alot of what you eat has water in it, i'll stop at 2 litres overall a day - unless im playing sports - as your body will just urinate out the vitamins consumedWhen I fast during Ramadan, I consume 1.5 litres of water after iftar and 1.5 litres of water right before I start my fast.
