Greek yoghurt with kefir, raspberry/ blueberries/ strawberries, with mixed sprinkled with mix nuts / seeds (linseed, sunflower seeds, hemp seeds, goji berries, sunflower seeds.


Lunch:
Peach / Apple / Banana / 3 dates


Diner:
1 Roti with daal
Green tea
 
Kept a thursday rurza:

Suhoor
3 dates with milk
small plate of mixed fresh fruit
glass of with water / psyllium husk

Iftar:
1 date with milk
2 glasses of water
4 boiled egg sandwhich with tomatoes + sprinkle with mix nuts / seeds (linseed, sunflower seeds, hemp seeds, goji berries, sunflower seeds.

on my way to play tennis = 90mins

Incredible how much you can get out of just half a cow.

Popped up in my recommended, not sure why. I know folks who would do this especially with the carnivore diet craze. Heck, looks good to me too lol
