Yes.

I generally have two meals per day. I am trying 16:8 intermittent fasting diet. I don't eat anything for 16 hours and eat everything during the remaining 8 hours. I end up consuming around 1800-2000 calories daily.

Milk, juice, milkshakes fine?

I just drink water during those 16 hours. Water or green tea (no sugar).

If I am really hungry, I may get some cottage cheese. But, I try not to eat during that 16-hour period.

That’s the way to go. Nothing but water and tea (without sugar). The goal is to lower the insulin levels in the body during those hours.

Yeah coconut chutney.

It's a Vada. Specifically Uddina Vada also called Medu Vada (I think). This is actually a smaller version on a saucer. The usual ones you get in restaurants here in Bengaluru are gigantic. Poori sized.

Did this during Ramadan without sahoor lost atleast 10 pounds

But I am lacking the will power to do it during normal days maybe in the beginning of the semester I'll do it

Yup. It is like Ramadan. I haven't had any health issue. I actually feel much better.

I like eating saag too. Good for health.

The restaurant I get this from has free delievery over 20 $ , and Goat is better than chicken for me , more valuable. So , I get this every week from them , apart from that I get another curry , which I rotate every time :)

I used to order food frequently too but I haven't done it in a few months (due to COVID-19).
