in south your frozen pizza is probably better than actual pizza so not a terrible choice... :ashwin

Actually not, Pizza hut and dominos are pretty good (Avoid Papa johns), also we got A LOT of local Italian run Pizzerias due to Italians migrating here and even some Italian restaurants are actually run by Albanian Muslims, so there are a lot of good options.

I never said papa johns was good lmao and we have plenty of restaurants run by northeast transplants, that's as ridiculous as me assuming the only "mexican" restaurants you got up north is taco bell

Dude there is no argument here to be made period
Like I don't go and tell to Californians

Uh we have transplants, we have mexicans too you know
our mexican food is good too you know

No it's not, we're not known for it nor are we good at it, I just don't talk cause I know the truth we don't have to make up random "facts" to prove our points sometimes accepting things for what it is is right- life lessons...

(Wow I looked back it comes off harsh but I was in a jovial mood writing it so don't get offended :ashwin)

Do you take MCT oil? A drop of it in your morning coffee?
Also pro biotics?

Nope.
A small piece of butter and half a tea spoon of coconut oil in the morning coffee.
Low carb and balanced protein lunch and dinner is small portions.
Plenty of water and a spoon psyllium husk mixed in water before going to be to act as fiber.

Daily exercise in the form of batting practice. And some running and bowling over the weekend.

And obviously, no sugar, no fruits, no grains, no potatoes, no legumes, no lentils, no milk or any other high carb item etc.

I've just had a plate full of prawns dipped in garlic sauce, washed down with fresh lemonade .. while browsing PP.

On a strict Keto diet.
Lost 12 pounds in three weeks.

That’s great congrats, how are your meals portioned and what’s your favourite for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I’ve tried a significant calorie deficit but just feel so drained and weak. Now just try to keep my protein up and lift weights with a hike or big walk once a week, I feel better and my strength levels are progressing well. Monitoring my progress and will adjust accordingly. I did want to lose weight but that’s not the focus now, hoping that buy improving metabolism and building muscle I lose some fat along the way.

A tuna crunch baguette and shortly will be taking a protein shake with water

"Calorie deficit" diet is NOT necessarily what you are after in Keto. My target in Keto is to take not more than 35 g carbs a day, and then no sugar, no starches, no lentils/legumes, no fruits, avoid grains, no potatoes etc.

And to top it off, I am doing a combination of Keto and intermittent fasting, that really nails it.

After brushing teeth, I start the day with a 16 oz of fountain water bottle and wait for about 30 minutes of I eat anything.

Breakfast, usually a little piece of butter and a small tea spoon of coconut oil in black coffee with a table of spoon of half n half. This usually takes you to the lunch. You can replace black coffee with black tea. Or sometimes green tea with no half n half.

If not, and you are still hungry for breakfast, you can always fry an egg in coconut oil. Put half of an Avocado with your fried in a Keto bread and make a sandwich with your favorite sugar free sauce. And devour it with your morning coffee.

You can replace the sandwich with any keto cookie or bars for a change. This one is my fav. It's made with almond flour, and four cookies in the breakfast fill u till about 3 PM

For lunch, again you have a variety of choices. Use Keto bread/buns to make your sandwich filled with Tuna or Chicken or any other fish, and add fresh cut salad tomatoes, radish, mint etc
I also occasionally replace the meat with cooked veggies in my sandwich.
You can also put regular cooked chicken or any meat from what's generally cooked at home for kids and rest of the family. The trick is, use low carb bread and avoid rice.

You can also see if these kinda wraps are available near to where you live.
This is a full size wrap with only 4g net carbs. You can make your shawarmas in it.

Afternoon, if you are feeling a little hungry, u can take a few macadamia nuts and/or Pecans but in limited quantity.

And for dinner, same stuff along the lines of lunch. However, you MUST eat it before 7 pm.
Once 7' O clock hits, and if you have missed your meal then, tough luck. THAT's IT SIR!
Now way, you are gonna eat after 7 PM. And you must follow this religiously.

One of the trick is to gradually reduce your portion size. And trust me, it's not hard.

First 10 pounds lost, are usually considered mostly the water drying up in your system, so you MUST drink plenty of water during the day, and take daily fiber, to off-set that false flag of having lost a good amount of wait in the first few weeks.

Some exercise is important, otherwise, you may lose muscle mass together with losing fats and blood sugar.

Finally, Keto diet is not for those with high cholesterol.
In which case, intermittent fasting is a good option together with reducing the portion size.
