1 dates with glass of with water / psyllium husk + chia seeds
small plate of cut up fruit = apples, tangerines, avacado, strawberries, grapes, bluberries, guava
Iftar:
1 glass of with water / psyllium husk + chia seeds
Sardinas en Conserva con Verduras Recipe = Portuguese sardine dish in tomato sauce with grilled veg
Green tea + Ginger

I personally just can not eat this even if it’s halal. Just doesn’t feel right, dil kharab hou jata hai, but that’s meRamadan fast #24.

Im doing a water fast, for 3/4 days
so ive just drunk water so far
got 2/3 days to go
ive done it before, for me it did work, interms off clearer skin, more constant energy & especially fat burningWow!
My longest intermittent fast was 30 hours long.
Never tried it for 3 days but I know it is a thing.

Yeah some households do this, may be for convenience sake.A family I know , just 4 adults - 2 parents in sixties , their son & daughter-in- law in thrties only had dates , variety of fruits & rice-kheer done generously with dry fruits for Iftaar all 30 days . Sehri they had full heavy meal of oparathas , salan , eggs , works . Appered kinda odd to me but they said they like it this way !
