What was the last thing you ate?

Broke my water fast today, found it easy untill i played tennis yesterday - just about to finish the first set - energy just went, felt slightly dizzy - couldnt be bothered to eat after when i finished,

woke up today - felt ok, so i didnt eat till evening:

Glass of milk with 1 date
Sardinas en Conserva con Verduras Recipe = Portuguese sardine dish in tomato sauce with grilled veg
Green tea with ginger

Green tea:
glass of with water + chia seeds


Lunch:
Black coffee no sugar - 18grams coffee
1 toast with 2 grilled tomatoes + mushrooms, 5 egg whites omlettes, sprinkled some seeds (sunflower seeds. pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, goji berries)

Diner:
Nothing,
just gonna drink more water with chia seeds
 
Breakfast:
Black coffee
glass of with water + chia seeds

Played tennis for 2 hrs

Lunch:
1 bagel with cream chese and salmon with capers
1 davids protein bar (Blueberry)

Diner:
Lasagne (Lamb mince)
Green tea with ginger
Made a quick a mug cake (almond)

Spartan early dinner : 2 fried eggs with thnly sliced shakarkandi [ sweet potatoe ] done crisp in little ghee & topped with chaat masala . After an hour , 2 home-made Kulfi's loaded with dryfruits . I guess , a 800 cal meal !!!
 
Recipe for mug cake?
1 tablespoon unsalted butter - add in mug - microwave it for 25secs
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Pinch of salt
3 drops of almond extract (you can use any other extract)
1 egg
3 tablespoons of plan (all purpose flour)
1 tablespoon on chocloate chips

Mix everything

1min in microwave (800w)

small plate of cut up fruit = apples, tangerines, avacado, strawberries, grapes, bluberries, guava

Iftar:
2 glass of with water / psyllium husk + chia seeds
Lasagne

Many fraud joints sell smash burgers with lamb patties thinking the consumer wont know what is what, 90% off them don’t.

But I know when that patty is not thin enough or lacks the crispy edges, it aint Beef yo.

im not a fan of smash burgers, prefer thicker beef patties - but not too thick

Waise late night spot near me has a smash burger special rn iirc, your post reminded me, may have to try it now :asghar :wenger
 
i sometimes take salaan to work - nothing wrong with it - i always over heat it, so the next person or people sit in the canteen make complaints

eat it on my desk, fellow english colleagues get jealous- they always bring it crappy sandwhiches
For real. The westerners mouths start watering when they smell a well cooked salan whether at the office or restaurant- always ask what’s in it, how did you make it I want to try etc

My lunch break is only 30 minutes long. From that, 15 minutes is reserved for duhr salah and going to/returning from mosque.

So, I technically have 15 minutes for lunch.

I bring in stuff which I don't have to microwave and can finish eating in 10 minutes. :inti

sometimes it can happen, while fasting, - more so in hot summer days, Uk tempreatre is only around 14degrees atm

i like to keep busy -i dont ever moan, just get on with things

also people who say that you you have to rain really hard - even when your fasting or intermittant fasting = mostly lie = they dont go through a proper cycle and just say the repeated rubbish - just do what you can and you will see the results

im not trying to build more muscle nor reduce body fat - im happy with my weight, honestly best advice is get quality sleep - for me i need 7-8hrs most days, sometimes i can do 6.
