What was the last thing you ate?

sometimes it can happen, while fasting, - more so in hot summer days, Uk tempreatre is only around 14degrees atm

i like to keep busy -i dont ever moan, just get on with things

also people who say that you you have to rain really hard - even when your fasting or intermittant fasting = mostly lie = they dont go through a proper cycle and just say the repeated rubbish - just do what you can and you will see the results

im not trying to build more muscle nor reduce body fat - im happy with my weight, honestly best advice is get quality sleep - for me i need 7-8hrs most days, sometimes i can do 6.
It’s amazing how productivity increases with fasting- Subhan Allah. It’s like after the first 2-3 hours you get some sort of boost in focus.

I want to keep fasting regularly, esp rn with it being Shawwal.
 
Breakfast:
glass of with water / psyllium husk + chia seeds
2 scrambled egg, also added around 3/4 egg white sonly (have the egg whites liquid in a bottle) with 1 toast
Black coffee, no sugar

currently drank just over 1 litre of water

Diner:
i currently have no idea -will let you know later on

You know your body best ... just stop whenever you feel fatigued .

3 slices of pizza - veg pizza - so bland, this is why most indians eat meat and dont even believe in hinduism

Did intermittent fasting for 17 hours and 20 minutes.

Next meal:

Rice + spicy catfish + 2 boiled eggs.
Mango.
Milk with honey.
Coffee.

played tennis for 2hrs in the morning

Iftar:
2 glass of with water / psyllium husk + chia seeds
bought a takeaway, beef burger with cheese, bbq sauce in it, with letuce, tomatoes, gerkins + chinky fries with Aioli
Green tea + Ginger

drank 2 litres of water
 
Breakfast:
glass of with water / psyllium husk + chia seeds

Lunch:
White rice with Keema

Played tennis for 2 hrs, drank 2.5 litres of water throughout the whole day

Diner:
Green tea
 
You either have a super human gut or physically demanding job to burn out all these calories....🙏

I am 198 pounds. So, I can eat a lot. I have a big body. :inti

Used to be 213 pounds. Managed to lose 15 pounds in 2 years with intermittent fasting and cardio. I still want to lose 30 more pounds. Let's see how it goes.

I do a clerical job for a partner company of UPS. So, it is not super-physically demanding.

Anyway, I try to keep my diet protein-heavy (meat, fish, eggs, and lots of milk).
 
Thursday Rurza:

Suhoor:

played tennis for 90mins right after work

Iftar:
2 glass of with water / psyllium husk + chia seeds
Lamb Mince lasagne
Green tea + Ginger

drank 2 litres of water
 
Friday

Breakfast:

Lunch:
Green tea with ginger

Diner:
Lamb Mince lasagne
Green tea with ginger

drank 2 litres of water throughout the whole day

In about 3 hours...
 
Breakfast - 6am
glass of with water / psyllium husk + chia seeds
3 egg omlette with 2 egg whites
small amount of Porridge + added strawberries, blueberries


Had a tennis doubles match at 10am so had the below 1hr before:
1 banana
Mixed up fruit - pineapple / mango / watermelon


Tennis match last 3 hrs - drank 1 litre of water with chia seeds, then 750ml electrolytes powder drink (Pina colada) - salty not sugar


Lunch:
Protein shake with 3 dates in it + oats + quarter of a avacado
Davids protein bar - has 28grams of protein and only 150 calories, 0% sugar - 75% of calories come from protein


Dinner:
Grilled chicken with salad - (just like Lordjames has shown)
Green tea with ginger
 
Breakfast - 6.30am
glass of with water / psyllium husk + chia seeds
50 grams protein powder drink, added a banana + quarter cup of oats, in water

lunch - 12.15pm
Tuna Melt
David protein bar - blueberry = has 28grams of protein and only 150 calories, 0% sugar - 75% of calories come from protein

early dinner - 5pm (as playing tennis at 6pm for 2hrs)
Small bowl of up mixed fruit

Drank 2.5 lires of water throughout the day

9pm - had ginger / cardoman/ tumeric hot milk)
