Pakistan batting - well it is what it is and just hope they havent developed a fear of Archer!

Feel Pakistan can beat England in the next game as am encouraged by form of Imam and Haris.

yes, things were starting to look a touch better with the partnership given the conditions however, given our lineup, 2 more wickets and we would have ended up with 230-250 which is too less to challenge their batting line-up.

to be honest, these days i am starting to get more concerned about our bowling than our batting. most of our bowlers are not swinging the ball, we dont have shadab, so other than hasan ali not much wicket taking ability for odi middle overs. even though some folks were rested, but even in Aus series it seemed like bowling let us down more than batting.

With Pakistan continuing to select Faheem and Asif Ali - it would be a win for England. I fear 3-1 series win for England.

I believe after one failure, Babar is due for a good score and that might be a difference in the end.

Another cooler day awaits the two teams and atmosphere would again be helpful to swing bowlers. If Pak wins the toss, it should bowl first.

chilly conditions.. given the conditions and lineup.. i would say England

It may rain again so if Pak win the toss, they have to bowl and get ahead of the game i.e. the conditions and the on/off field factor, which means batsmen can lose focus.

Another important factor is that this is a small ground with big scores. Is the Englishbatsmen are unsettled by having to come on and off again, they may not be able to hit as freely. Pkaistan must also get a second spinner from somewhere...

Why would you want to use a spinner when it's raining?

Malik to comeback with a massive ton...

Pak to win...

At least i will sleep better tonight with that positive thought and wake up nice and fresh for sehri :)

Don’t see Pakistan winning. Maybe the last ODI when England rests its main players. Even then it’ll be difficult. Another whitewash on the cards.

Hoping that we can win, but very unlikely. Will be happy if all eleven players get sufficient time in the middle. Sarfaraz, Hafeez, Malik, Aamir desperately need the first exposure.

England will win easily
Imam always plays like that and Haris is always looking good at the crease but he can be dismissed softly as usual

Pakistan have a good chance to win this game but Fakhar needs to get some runs at the top for us.

The outfield will be wet so when the ball rolls on it, it will get wet too and will become harder to grip for the spinners.
It's common sense bruv.

Spinners have been the best bowlers for Pakistan in recent times, they have also been key to several other teams, in particular choking the runs in the middle overs. Pakistan need that now more than ever. A wet outfield does not mean you instantly stop playing to your strengths...although Pakistan have not played to their strengths for a while now.

What spinners are you talking about?
Shadab and Yasir are the only two spinners I can think of.
Both are mediocre.

England are most likely to win their batting lineup being so destructive. Pak struggle to score 300 so don't have much hope.

Any waverers?

Weather warming up a bit (English standards!) and seems pitch a belter so lets see.
