Which team is best in what area at the 2019 Cricket World Cup?

There are many different departments in a match itself, so which team is best in what area at the cricket WC 2019?

Here are the questions:

1) Best Overall batting lineup

2) Best Top 3

3) Best Middle order

4) Best Finishers

5) Best tailenders

6) Best Overall bowling

7) Best Fast bowling

8) Best Spin bowling

9) Best Fielding

10) Best Captain

I am sure our opinions will change during the World Cup itself?

I am pretty sure many people think best top 3 or best batting after England, Pakistan.

Makes me shake my head.

First 5 is batting related and I guess Poms win hands down all - may be a good fight with IND for No. 2, but now I think Indian top 3 are not at their best, Sharma is definitely struggling, while Dhawan has to reach his ICC events level to be at per with Pom opening pair.

IND is definitely best in spin resources, for overall bowling it's really tight between IND, AUS, SAF & NZ, but I'll take IND marginally for that spin attack.

Aussies, SAF & Kiwis are best with pace bowling, probably in that order, IND not far behind. If it swings this summers, Kiwis will surprise few teams.

Kiwis, AUS & SAF are a step ahead from rest in field, IND, ENG isn't poor, but clearly behind. I tend to pick NZ as the best fielding unit.

Mash, Will & Faf are my favorites as Captain, but not sure about the order - Morgan actually has a squad beyond Captaincy ... he has to win this Cup to be at per with the bunch. Holder is a fantastic leader, but not the shrewdest Captain in ODI format.
