Babar Azam is expected to be that guy but who else can challenge Babar for this?

Mohammad Rizwan may surprise some!
Babar will be NO.1. followed by Haris Sohail (if he plays) Fakhar won't do well in Australia as he struggles to get onto the back foot. It is very difficult to play the short ball off the front foot in Australia, unless your name is Ricky Ponting.
Haris might not be the best against the short ball, but I reckon he will find a way. He will dominate the spinners and will attack the fuller deliveries. I hope Khushdil Shah scores some runs as well.
How difficult it is to change one's name?
I think Fakhar can do it. He will be the highest scorer from Pakistan. Reason is that pitches are going to be flat with even bounce and he thrives on them.
Sydney and Canberra are both slow. Even The Oval is a quicker pitch. The high bounce is the concern. He struggles to get on the back foot and it is extremely difficult to play the short ball off the front foot in Austrlalia. He needs to work on judjing the length better so he can go straight on the back foot when it’s short.
Right now Fakhar goes forward the back to the short ball. We have seen him get in really bad positions in South Africa and England due to this, resulting in him being hit on the head or top edging.

If it isn't Babar Azam, Pak are in trouble
But that would mean no one else is scoring! We need top 4 to come our blazing.
Babar with the most runs at 109
2nd is smith with 80
3rd is ifti chacha at 62
In Australia 170 is needed 7 times out of 10. Our batting is just not good enough .
Fakhar is out of form .
Babar is consistent and quality
Harris- Solid but not spectacular
Rizwan - not a t20 player
Asif - needs to be dropped
Ifti- shown good signs so far
Will the first match be counted?since it was abandoned.
The biggest mistake is considering Fakhar is out of form.....that assessment is simply wrong.
He has been found out and is being consistently cramped by opposition. Every passing game he seems incapable of playing in the V. Bowlers know where to bowl at Fakhar.
Fakhar is blessed with power, fitness and natural timing. Needs to work on his stroke play and shot selection. He's a senior in the team now.
Iftikhar Ahmed!
