Do you think the primary wicket-takers will be the three fast bowlers, or will the spinners have a chance to excel on these pitches? Please vote and share your opinion.

Undoubtfully Haris Rauf. I believe ball will obey him in death overs.

i think its going to be haris rauf because you cant get seam or swing much in india so only shear pace is required to rip off any batting lineup.

Hasan Ali as the surprise package this world cup !

Excited to see him bowl and hoping to see some of the old flair that he had during the last Champions Trophy.
Last few ODI's haven't been great for him, but he's taken a long break and hopefully he's fresh and ready to prove a point.

I would go with Haris Rauf. Most of the batsmen will be careful against playing fancy shots against Shaheen and Shadab isn't in great form.

Shaheen Afridi with a world record 30 wickets is what I've been day dreaming about, no lie.

Haris.

Simply because rest of the bowlers or either too stupid or too delusional to make any impact.

I’m going to say Shadab Khan.

Despite routinely going through horrible patches, somehow he rediscovers his form when the big tournament comes about.

Please let this pattern continue!

In t20’s Rauf successfully rushes batsmen who have to take chances against him.

But in 50 over cricket you aren’t in need to take too many risks.

The margins will be fine on Indian wickets and batsmen can wait knowing that Rauf will lose his line with relative regularity.

For that reason I predict the opposite and that it might be a long tournament for Rauf when encountering short boundaries and flat pitches.

Faf du Plessis picked four bowlers to look for during the Cricket World Cup 2023. Surprisingly, India's ace pacer Jasprit Bumrah failed to make a cut on the list.

South Africa batter Faf du Plessis picked four bowlers to look for during the Cricket World Cup 2023. Surprisingly, India's ace pacer Jasprit Bumrah failed to make a cut on the list despite the South African star naming two Indian bowlers in it. While du Plessis left out Bumrah, he picked Mohammed Siraj and Kuldeep Yadav among the four bowlers. South Africa's ace pacer Kagiso Rabada and New Zealand's pace spearhead Trent Boult completed the list. Du Plessis added that the performance of all the four bowlers will depend on the kind of surfaces they play on.

I think it depends on the wickets. If the wicket has got something in it, someone like (Mohammed) Siraj who just nibbles the ball a little bit both ways, and he's trying the off stump the whole time, Du Plessis told Star Sports.

Boult and Rabada, all those kinds of guys are going to be extremely successful. But if there is a little bit of spin, someone like Kuldeep has bowled really well in the last six months. When he gets his tail up and he gets one wicket, the next batter's coming in, he's quite tricky to face his first few balls because he spins the ball both ways, he added.

Both Kuldeep and Siraj have been in sublime form for India, especially the fast bowler.

Siraj is certainly in the form of his life. He recently claimed a six-wicket haul during India's Asia Cup 2023 final match against Sri Lanka, which was also his best ODI figures.

While returning 6 for 21 in the summit clash, Siraj also equaled Chaminda Vaas' record of five wickets in 16 balls in ODI cricket.

Talking about Kuldeep, the left-arm wrist spinner has done some improvements in his bowling which have helped him better his wicket-taking abilities. The bowler is really important in providing some crucial breakthroughs to India in the middle-overs.

Shaheen is the only option

Haris Rauf isn't it in ODIs

Feels like Shadab Khan only takes wickets against Nepal and forgets how to bowl against every other opposition

Hassan Ali hasn't been his old self in years

Mohammad Wasim Jr is still learning on the job

We might only bowl out 2 or 3 teams max I feel. Our bowling looks as devastating as our football team.

And Haris announcing himself as that bowler for Pakistan - brilliant quick stuff

I would say Rauf but looks like Hasan Ali gonna take this

Hassan Ali started so well, i think he could be one of the highest wicket taker in this world cup if he continue this rythm.

I am sure. Hassan Ali will be top wicket taker for Pakistan. Because he is applying his experience in this world cup. Shaheen is out of form and seems he is in extreme distress. Everything reflects from his bowling stance. Haris Rauf is can be key performer at death overs but still is lacking to take wickets easily, utilizing his pace. Iftimania will be top wicket taker in spin department. Subject to his consistent bowling chances

Astonishingly Hassan Ali looks Pakistan's best pacer right now. But Rauf and Shaheen have been so poor that I don't think it's a high bar. Naseem would have been the best of the lot but there we are.

That is because he is bowling at the optimium speed like Henry from NZ. You just have to b e spot on with your line and length. Slight width, slightly short will get brutally punished b y good players.

Hassan Ali's favourite ball for the last few years has been the short and wide freebie. So his return this time has been quite impressive.

Make no mistake. He will face his test in the coming days. ENgland hasn't hit their straps yet. That is a sleeping giant. If he runs into guys like Bairstow who can be merciless against these run of the mill predictable bowlers he will feel the heat. Same goes for Jos Buttler. South Afircan beasts will also do the same.

Hassan Ali will be highest wicket taker for Pakistan for this ICC world cup 2023

Shaheen Shah Afridi is now leading the chart with 9 wickets after his 5 wickets today.

I picked Haris Rauf but he failed to meet the expectations of his fans including me. Shaheen is sitting pretty at the top with 16 wickets with Haris is at number 2 spot. I don't think anyone is going to get past Shaheen with only one match to go for team Pakistan.

Shaheen is the highest wicket taker for Pakistan in this ICC ODI World Cup 2023. Taken 18 Wickets.
