I think England right now are extremely close to being the joint favourites with India in Asian conditions. Same with India in West Indies, South Africa and Australia in New Zealand. :)

England aren't winning anything in India.

They could barely tie a World Cup final at home in a tournament where they also lost to Pakistan, Australia and Sri Lanka.

Come on we all know they're a quality team. India in 2011 too lost against SAF, barely tied against England and barely won against the likes of Ireland and Netherlands.

They won their last series in Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and UAE (against Pak) comprehensively and lost a very close 2-1 series in India.

Tough to say who’ll win, but India is definitely favourite in Asia while Poms outside (including Australia) and I’ll keep Aussies among favourites everywhere. WIN is a bit open, but I think Poms are stand alone favourites there because of the size of grounds and the type of wickets.

At present, wherever WC takes place three semifinalists are almost certain and any of them can win on the day - the fourth team is also like certain, Kiwis are much better that the chasing pack, but they lack killer instincts on big games.

And whoever plays India in the semis is guaranteed to make it to the finals.

India are favourites to reach the semi finals of each of those country's where they will choke, can't handle the pressure of a major knockout / finish a tournament off

India would win anywhere in the subcontinent while England would outperform anyone outside the subcontinent except in Newzealand where I feel that Australia have more chances than others.

1. Pakistan - India
2. Sri Lanka - India
3. Bangladesh - India
4. West Indies - England
5. South Africa - England
6. New Zealand - Australia

Not sure about England, they won their first odi tournament after 50 years of odi cricket and that too based on some ridiculous rule.
India will thrash them in asian conditions and I won't be shocked if pakistan and srilanka also hammer them.

In asian conditions
1.Pakistan- I don't think they will get hosting rights.
2.Srilanka-India or Australia
3.bangladesh-India or Australia
4.West indies- india or aus or eng
5.Southafrica -Aus or Ind
6.Newzealand-england(short boundaries and all...)

1.Pakistan - India
2.Sri Lanka - India
3.Bangladesh - India, Pakistan
4.West Indies - Australia, India
5.South Africa - India, Australia
6.New Zealand - Australia, England and West Indies

If it's in Asia, India will win.
Outside Asia, it can be anyone of England, India, Australia and New Zealand.

England and NZ can't be underestimated. NZ tend to perform well in big tournaments. In semis and finals, the mentally stronger team wins, it is rarely about players' aptitudes then.

But they reached the final of the 2014 T20 World Cup and 2017 Champions Trophy... before choking.

1.Pakistan - India may win.
2.Sri Lanka - India may win.
3.Bangladesh - India may win.
4.West Indies - England may win.
5.South Africa - England may win.
6.New Zealand - England may win.
