No one knows what will be the draft and rules or a nation wide NRC.

People are talking about this ancestry thing because it was used in Assam. Now Assam had its first NRC on 1951. So when the cut off date of 1971 was determined only people who were not in the 1951 NRC list but claimed they were Indians in 1971 were asked to prove their ancestry.

In case of Assam as long as your parents were Indians before 1971, you were an Indian. Or even your grandparents would do. So its not as difficult as it sounds.

Assam has a population of 3.09cr.

Total foreigners detected is 19L less tha 10 percent.

Total muslims in that list 15L less than 5 percent.

Btw this is a planned protest to againist BJP. All violence in BJP ruled states only.

Assam NRC rules are for Assam only.

No one knows the rules of nation wide NRC as the bill is yet to pass.

Brother, I have no emotion in this topic as I have no fish to fry here. I was having a joke on Indian Muslims who are being stamped all over while being 200 million. They are getting on my way because those who don’t go for the proper treatment of cancer and sought on for these naturopathic treatment do ends up in front of me or other doctors regularly. And it pains me if that was a curable condition and didn’t get the required treatment when it actually needed. I value human life more than anything. And I will call out those people for harbouring these stupidity till my death even if that means hurting the superstitious belief of someone.

There is this system of giving few drops of zam zam water to the newborn and also vayambu/sweet flag saying it is good for the baby and will protect from diseases etc etc. I was so adamant that i will only breastfeed my baby, no water nothing and I actually did till 6 months. My mom, mother in law and sister in law are still miffed with me because of that but thankfully my husband understands me.

This is not at all true. There have been very few horrors in history as bad as what African Americans have faced for the last 4 to 500 years, and yet they have almost never fought back. Its only hindu that were divided into various castes like Brahmin, Dalits, SC/ST etc. This divisive politics amongst hindus were the reason congress ruled for so long. Modi is only trying to consolidate all hindus together (not yet successful though).

It can happen but definitely not anytime in near future. Too many animosities among various hindu castes. A Brahmin family can never think of getting his daughter married to a Dalit or Baniya for example. Its a social curse which has divided the hindus for ages and will take a long time to go away.
