Why no reserve days for rained off games in the 2019 World Cup?

Quiet surprised and a little irked by the lack of reserve days for the current WC, especially when we're playing in England.

I see more than just a couple of teams being hit with this issue thus I feel it's rather baffling we don't have a spare day to play out the game in-case of bad weather.

Logistically it would not make sense and would mean too much additional costs i.e., moving around cameras if the venue changes or even for fans, some people take specific days off to watch the cricket

That'll only be effective if it was done spontaneously. When it's planned out Plan B etc would counter any effects of said arguments.
