Windies vs India, 3rd Test, St.Kitts

Borrrrrring. Didn't Lara guarantee that the groundsman would deliver a result pitch? I know India are less exciting than a grazing giraffe at the moment but you cant blame them for playing this way.

These shots from Laxman are so graceful. Boring when he's blocking but beautiful when he's "attacking".

India 204/2

India require another 188 runs off 31 overs, intresting to see if they have a dart at total at some point.

Dhoni opening up now...!

yuvraj to come aswell who can score quick!

what a catch by gayle. booming drive by sehwag caught at short cover.

oh I see.

Nah not too fussed. Draw was always going to be the most likely result. Dhoni's wicket only confirmed it 100%.

Anyway......I think we might be able to make you buckle in the last game. India came here expecting to thrash us and the pressure will certainly be on you. We have nothing to lose.

Yuvraj is goin for the target for sure, the target of a draw!

Dravid hits a six onto the roof!

80.2 Samuels to Dravid, SIX!!, using his feet to get down the track, Dravid hits it cleanly over long on!

Its called giving a dead game some life.

Too bad Indian captains prefer making alive games dead (Sydney 2003).

India had enough time to bowl out the Aussies in Syndey 2004, the brilliance of S Waugh saved the Aussies, credit to him, if patel did'nt miss that stumping chance when S Waugh was on about 10-20 odd, then India would have taken the series 2-1, they had enough time, India missed a few chances aswell.

It was a bad decision by Lara, not to forget Sarwan and Ganga was out early in the 1st innings by Kumble, but that new umpire made very bad desicions in that match, he too gave 3-4 very harsh decisons when ndia was batting in the 1st innings, he missed many no-balls. I could not see them getting 10 Indian wickets on the last day, the game was'nt dead, the Windies had a chance to win if Lara made India follow on, India would really have been under pressure, you play games to win.

India should have enforced the follow on at Sydney, and batting again just wasted time. It was poor captaincy from Ganguly - you don't make 700+ and then not enforce the follow on.

The situation here was different, the match was always going to be a draw with the time lost to weather but Lara to his credit actually tried to make it interesting.
