What's new

Women's ODI World Cup 2025 discussion thread

It is funny when women players yell at each other. It sounds like birds chirping.

Bangladeshi keeper talks too much. If I were a bowler, I would be annoyed if keeper was lecturing me so much. :inti

Keeper is yelling every single ball. This is not how you play cricket. Talking this much and yelling this much can make bowlers and fielders nervous.

Coach should ask the keeper (also the captain) should talk less. LOL.

Looks like same old story for BD Cricket doesnt matter if its the mens or womens:

9:49pm For those joining late, Heather Knight, player of the match with her 79*, was caught on 13 only for television umpire to Gayathri Venugopalan to overturn the decision, despite stating her replays were "inconclusive".

"Can't say I've been out three times and been reprieved in an innings, that's a new one for me," said Knight on the reprieve. "I thought it carried and thought it was a fair catch, which is why I walked off. The third umpire decided otherwise."

Spirited performance by Bangladesh but they never had enough runs tbh. Even 220 could have made the match very interesting.
