I said after the tri-series final victory against New Zealand that our batting was not up to the mark (and some people did not like my comment!). The middle-order is almost non-existent and made up of essentially bowling-allrounders (not even batting all-rounders!). Cannot expect to do well with just two or three quality batsmen. If the top-order fails, the rest of our batting gets brutally exposed + shot selection by some leaves a lot to be desired. They seem to lack commonsense and game awareness. Our team is not very good at handling pressure esp. when chasing a target. This is not the first time that we have seen such an abject batting display.

A team that cannot chase 130 runs against a lesser team just does not deserve to be in the semis. India and South Africa should qualify from this group.

Kamran Ghulam, Umar Amin, Haris Sohail, Hussain Talat, Malik, Sarfraz Ahmed, Agha Salman, Imad Wasim

These are better bunch of players than Happy Heart, 150six Ali, Ifthikar finisher back home.

Babar and Rizwan should be sacked and dropped along with his friends to teach a lesson to them..

Most Pak's here worship Babar who they see as being good as Tendulkar!! For them dropping him would be nothing short of a massive catastrophe. Haris Sohail, Sarfraz Ahmed and Imad Wasim have all been tried and failed ti impress. I say lets go for some fresh and hungry faces instead of going back in time.
