Rahat ali can became UN-25 Ave test Fast bowler bcz he has Everything good Bouncer,Outswing,Pace and Most Important thing inswing

By Un-25, i assume you mean under 25 test average? Zaheer Khan's test average is 32 and last time i checked 32 is not under 25. Or do you mean like Zaheer khan, Junaid will also not get an under 25 average?
