Asif certainly has gotten done today. Won't be an easy chase at all.

Kashif, no Razzaq helps the matters.
 
Why can't these players field well? You wouldn't expect this sort of fielding from an under 10's side.

Finally a wicket! This may be to little to late though. Why Malik hasn't bowled himself or given Fawad Alam a try is beyond me.

Get real! As a fast bowler you need to be agressive. I have seen far worse from the 2 Ws Shoaib and countless Aussie and Windies quicks. The best bowlers in the world can look like mugs every so often in a ODI.

Its amazing how one game we say that Malik has captained brilliantly, and now we have some saying he is exactly like Inzi because we are in a bad position.

Surprised Maharoof is in to bat. Amazing how Malik bowled so well last game and then now decides not to bowl. Or give Alam a try. I dunno how his mind works. Must have SOME reason though.

Guys - how can you forget the stiflingly hot conditions that our bowlers are bowling under!!

Temperatures are soaring in the mid 40s in direct sunlight - its a miracle that no one has died in that heat !

well its seems like you can't tell the diff between stupid and aggression ....just coz what those guys did, doesn't make it right for someone else to do....

asif was being as stupid as Aamir Sohail was in 96...simpel as that..

actually seems like a decent move ... malik is just trying to restrict the amount of runs the lanka gets.

if he was to bowl asif .. yeah there might be a wicket but it would come way to expensively and at this stage would not be worth it.

this is a dead rubber and we have a new bowler in the team - fawad alam .

this would have been a good time to introduce him instead of heaving hafeez bowl his full quota.

I would expect my batsman not to be a ***** cat but be like Miandad and wield the bat at the Indian pie throwers head.

Anything you dont like about Malik will be presented as 'Just like Inzi.....'

yes i did stick a bit about inzi in there .. but w/e that wasn't my main point.

not giving a new a guy a bowl in a dead rubber doesn't make any sense to me.

If we nab Dilshan or Silva in the next couple of overs SL will defo be restricted under 280.
 
Under 280 will be a great comeback from what was once looking like 300+ easy.

SL have scored 33 in the last 5 overs. If we restrict them to that sort of score in the next 5 the will end up with 279.

sri lanka always make a mess out of the end of their innings... champions trophy 2006 match against us was good example and now again here.

Good effort by Rao, all round, great commitment. He is one of those unsung heroes. nothing spectacular but good enough, committed and work hard.

We'll bowl them out if we keep Dilshan off strike for 3-4 deliveries because the tailenders will commit suicide.

Don't worry Saj a 'blame inzi' comitee has immediatly been set up comprising of PCB paid ex player Sarfraz and current player Akthar to convinetly shift the blame of the slow over rate, President President Mugabe's rein, Mohammed Sami's differing hair cuts, and just about anything else wrong with the world on the one and only Inzi.
