Most of indian batsmen have turned out to be failures or FTBs , it would be better if indian goes the same way as Pakistan and give chances to as much debutantes as possible instead of getting humilitead again and again.it really worked for Pakistan with the likes of Shadab,Ruman raees,Hasan Ali , Shinwari,Shaheen afridi ,faheem ashraf inlast 1 or 2 years almost 10 new players have debuted from Pakistan and getting selected on merit.while india going back to their oldies like Raina,DK not working for them.

Should given chances to young players like shaw, pant,sarfarz,siraj etc.

I watched a young Karthik bat when I was in my undergrad school. I have been working for over a decade and "young" Karthik is still establishing himself.

Coming to kicking out some players from Test squad, I agree I want to make a couple of changes. Vijay is done. Rahane is overrated to the core. He plays confidently for a few overs and then nicks off to a wide delivery.

India need to fast track the likes of Shaw, Gill etc soon. Having players like Nair is not going to solve the issue for India.

Dhawan and Vijay are not the answer. They never will be.

Karthik is not the answer. He never will be. India had Saha then.

I don't see the harm in replacing these three fast. Rahane is possibly your best player overseas after Kohli imo.
