A few questions need to be answered for India despite their success in Asia Cup

Even if we win Asia cup I believe this Indian team is far from finished product for the WC with following issues:
1.Middle order : Failure of top three in a crucial match can cost us dearly. India requires immediate changes in middle and lower middle order. Rishabh Pant should be picked as a batsmen if selectors chickening to leave out MSD. Further Rohit can play number 4 to give room to Rahul at the top.
2 Reliable allrounder at no. 7: Hardik is good but not sure shot full quota bowler. Pandya brothers should play with one of Kul-Cha duo making way for krunal. Or we can try someone like kamlesh nagarkoti.
3 3rd seamer: We have discarded Mohd. Shami for no rhyme or reason from odis where he has great record. He ought to be back in place of duds like kaul, chahar, khalil etc. Even ishant can be given a go.
4.Dead weights: Finally India needs remove dead weights like MSD ,DK, Manoj Pandey etc and try nexgens like shubhman gill.
About 20 odd games are left before the WC. India should make each of them count.

Rahul/ shaw/ gill and pant should come at 4 and 6 instead of DK and Raydu. With Pandeya at 7 we can tolerate Dhoni at no. 5 for sometimes

No need to make top order weak to fill middle order. Rohit is good as opener and is averaging 60+ in last 5 years so why would you take risk with him. It would certainly end his carrier if he fails there. Rahul has to learn to bat at #3 or #4 if he can't then we should look at youngsters like gill or someone else. Shami need to be brought back asap but not as 3rd seamer instead of bhuvi who averages like 65 - 70 against all top sides. We can play Bumrah, Shami & Khaleel/Pandya. Problem is from bowling we don't have anyone who can bat & Our middle order is already weak with grandpa not retiring before worldcup.

Need to make adjustment regarding Pandya. India needs 5th main bowler like Shami. Chahal is good but we need a allrounder in place of him like krunal. And Rayudu, Dk and Pandey need to go.

i have always said that underperforming Dhoni should bat at number 4 , he can settle down without much pressure before launching but for some reason he is not being promoted over Raydu and Dk.
if Dhoni is going to play world cup 2019 then he should have come at number 3 or number 4 in this asia cup for better batting practice, everything was aligned, low scores by opposition teams, Rohit and Dhawan getting good start taking off pressure from middle order. I dont know why DK and Raydu is getting all batting practice when they are not even sure in top 11.

Well this is a good Indian team, The only thing in the WC in a knockout match if 2 of the top 3 fail i fear for them. I am not convinced they have the players beyond top 3 to chase down big scores or even put up big scores.

we are already playing DK so I dont know why selectors are not giving Pant a look at number 6 promoting dhoni to number 4 or 5.
