Difference between Shami/Siraj and Rauf/Hasan is they lose very less pace after the pitch due to the way the release and cock the wrist. Rauf seems like apparently lose a lot of pace after pitching> It makes him a medium pacer despite the clock speed.

Lol haris doesn't lose pace. He is just not skillful enough for these kind of pitches.
