Its always been a part of the game of cricket that home teams will prepare pitches to suit their strengths. I don't see why people get so caught up in it. Its fine to say "this is a flat pitch" or "so and so is a flat track bully". Thats totally legit. But this idea of equitorial teams (IND, PAK, SL, BD, WI, AFG) complaining when they tour polar teams (ENG, NZ, SA, AUS, IRE) and vice versa just seems like whining and sore losership to me.
The English and Aussies also complain when they tour the subcontinent. Yes, Asians are going to make turners when you visit. Get over it. If you're a real powerhouse side you can still score runs and win.
Anyone else agree?
