It depends on the location I am in.

In the West, there is equality for the most part. In the Eastern countries especially, Feminism is needed. The strangle hold that men have over women is deplorable. But it is slowly changing even though the old patriarchy is fighting hard.

Any job that requires mental abilities is an equal level field for both men and women. Of course men are more suited for jobs that require a lot of muscle strength.

Women should be able to absolutely make their own personal decisions. They are not mere mere baby popping and cooking/cleaning machines.

My response is yes to all your questions, but I dont consider myself a feminist. Feminists of today are mostly just SJW, with single purpose to post negative about men. Any criticism towards women is considered misogynistic by them. There is no space for retrospect, and they consider themselves the "best" and "all knowing". Of course not all feminists are like that, but the majority I have interacted with, I got that similar vibe. I believe we are all equal, and in some cases women are even stronger (child birth), but I would be offended if someone called me a feminist.

Problem is that men impose their worldly view on women and stop them from pursuing career and sports.

Men clearly have an advantage when it comes to physical sports. But anything that has to do with brain, they are equal. Patriarchal society stops women from pursuing their dreams.

would it not be more correct to say don't allow anyone to run over you. women suffer a lot of abuse at the hands of other women, mental primarily, whether eastern society and behavioural expectations, or western society and physical judgements.

I think men can also be fairly self sufficient in manipulation and gossiping and the fact that this specific trait is ascribed to women in our society is indicative of how much men can manipulate the societal opinions and mentality.

True. Nobody should be allowed to run over you. But I mentioned men here because of this topic of feminism.

When it comes to mental torture nothing comes close to those evil ladies. They don’t have any love or empathy left for other woman. My medical professors in gynaecology department are the living examples for such people. Same can be seen in certain houses too. Just because they suffered when they were young, they want their daughter- in-law to suffer too. They gets this sadistic pleasure from seeing these girls sufferings and are jealous to the core too

There are some couples where the man becomes a house husband and stays at home and plays mummy, but usually women make better mothers. If you are looking at history and compare the atrocities of men overall, then yes , men are obviously more guilty in comparison to women, especially in a patriarchal society like pakistan
Once women have the same degree of freedom as men and the same opportunities, they are no better than men.

I came to the conclusion women are slightly more selfish and ruthless based on deep observation. Observe the differences in working with men and women(whatever context), and ponder about it.
Even women will admit themselves that they gossip more and are more manipulative and like to trick people into getting what they want. You will understand what i mean once you actually analyze women more thoroughly

Unfortunately, many people conflate feminism as the default for women's rights and use them interchangeably. It would be similar to saying communism or dictatorship or any other form of governance represents the default way of running a society. Pretty much most people support women's rights but only a few identify as feminists even among women. They just happen to be the loud ones so it seems like every woman is a feminist when in reality they are a minority.

And if you look at current feminism, it is all about white feminism which completely overlooks women of color and religion. i think the one logical way to balance a career with a family is for a woman to have kids in her early twenties, so even if the woman starts a career 3 or 4 years later than normal she doesn't have the interruptions that stagnate careers.

Interesting. I read an article way back that claimed depression rates also sky-rocket amongst unmarried and career-focused females in their 30s.

Feminism is good insofar that it encourages equal opportunity to all females and fights against oppression towards females. However, it can get a little ridiculous when you try to make it seem like men and women are the same. Men and women aren’t just different biologically, but also psychologically.
