What's new

Arsenal FC | 2025/26 Season

Haha thanks Arteta for another masterclass. Rotten egg 🍳 on faces of Arteta haters just 9 match days away iA. Especially those Arsenal fan clowns 🤡 who think they know better than Arteta lol.. these fans who’ve tried to undermine their own team’s success, jokers.. Also envious rival fans.. most of you football pundits here know zilch..

Sigh of relief. Had my heart in my mouth when Raya produced that gem of a save when Garnacho nearly scored. Thank God Pedro was offside as well.

We'll take the 3 points. Hope Rice will be back for the Brighton game on Wednesday.

Well done to David Raya, made some very good saves yesterday and ultimately those saves won us the game.

After a few in different performances, he was back to his best yesterday

3 points is all that matters. Gone is the time for pretty football. Win by any means neccasary
Very sloppy win. That was painful to watch
If Pedro Neto wasn't so stupid, I don't think we would've beaten 11 men Chelsea, so fair take imo.

You might get certain posters using secondary accounts call such views negative 😉. Watch out for the rotten eggs 🥚 and tomatoes 🍅

I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s Mamoon’s second account. I’ve been busy and stressed out with work to post as much as I used to but I read the Arteta thread and honestly I have so much to say. Will comment when I get a chance.

@topspin the ultimate sidekick 🤣🤣

lol do share, everybody must be waiting to read your bakwaas

🤡🤡 this clown is talking about anti Arsenal agenda

I’d be delighted to be proven wrong. I’m not going to engage in such hostility like the way you are. So I’m going to assume you’re having a bad day. Take some time off and log out of your account. Maybe Ramadhan is getting the better of you. Relax.

Okay cool I speak bakwaas. You win.

But I wish you had the same energy for another poster, Major, who regards Misbah > Inzamam in white ball cricket. According to you, Major is one of the GOATs of PP and among the all-time top 3.

Bringing Misbah here too. @GOSH11 so measured and fair.

Lol I’ll judge measuredness and fairness when I see it.

I have no problem folks ridiculing my views on Arsenal/Arteta but false accusations of calling my account an alt profile is the lowest of lows.

These chums couldn’t handle disagreement and relying on made up theories of discrediting my account as an alt. @Amjid Javed ’s brain literally short circuited when he saw two different posters calling his BS. He’s so used to yes men here he thought it must be the same person. 🤣

@Mamoon whenever you’re back check out how much these guys who’re ‘ignoring’ you are in fact obsessed with you. Good job living rent free in their stupid tiny minds.

Lol I’ll judge measuredness and fairness when I see it.

Okay so what do you think about “Misbah > Inzamam in ODIs”? Is that measured and fair from one of your GOATs?

Because I’ve asked you this multiple times but you always do a runner when asked.

I have no problem folks ridiculing my views on Arsenal/Arteta but false accusations of calling my account an alt profile is the lowest of lows.

I never accused you of having an alt account.

What I said was I wouldn’t be surprised if this was Mamoon’s second account. I’ll explain why:

1. Your glazing of Mamoon is suspicious after he got found for trolling the Arsenal fans on here with some of his rage bait material

2. Your posting style is similar

3. Other posters have made the accusation

4. You both happen to live in Pakistan

5. You both have an appetite for substandard of posters

I could go on and on.

@Amjid Javed Let me know your thoughts on this.

What does that have to with this discussion? Inzi over Misbah any day.

There is a thread on ‘your all time favourite players’. I have mentioned YK, Inzi and Saeed Anwar as my picks there.

Today is the first time you’ve mentioned Inzi to me btw.

6. Mad glazing of Arteta - this is the most obvious one and perhaps the reason why @Amjid Javed has his suspicions.

Bro I promise you I have mentioned this comparison before in another thread.

Lads... Save the energy for Liverpool fans 😂.

Maybe a point at Wolves is not for everyone 😂😂

Yeah Arteta is my hero. I am sure I am not the only fan in the world who feels that way about him.
2. Your posting style is similar
Okay but no he writes much longer posts, he’s more prolific, is more knowledgeable, and more feisty.
3. Other posters have made the accusation
@Amjid Javed and you so far. 🤞🏻

That’s what I was hoping for when I joined this thread back in Aug/Sept. Soon I found out that my genuine views of supporting my team, my players and my manager were not welcome.

Okay Arteta is your hero

Mamoon is your hero

Major is your hero

Got it!

That’s what I was hoping for when I joined this thread back in Aug/Sept. Soon I found out that my genuine views of supporting my team, my players and my manager were not welcome.

They are always welcome bro. What matters is that we all support the same team and want them to do well.

Arsenal desperately need the 2nd goal here

This Brighton side will hurt them at some point. They look rampant!

Have not been impressed with Declan Rice in the last game and so far today. He’s definitely looking fatigued and is now making a lot of mistakes with passes/losing possession and that too in key positions

Excellent result for Arsenal. And with City Dropping points, surely Arsenal now are in the Home straight.

You Gooners got to.make sure you keep pegging away with City's final nail in the coffin should be confirmed when they play Chelsea followed by you Guys.

It couldn't have gone any better for Arsenal after beating Brighton and with City dropping points. Brighton gave us a very tough game so glad to get that over with.

Arsenal now have 5 home and 3 away games left. With a 7 point gap (and an extra game played), it's in our hands. Time to take full advantage of this and bring the title to the Emirates.

Good away performance. I don't remember Raya making a save to note.

Similar to earlier in the season when weren't conceding chances.

Good tactical performance. Let Brighton have the ball knowing we're good enough to keep them controlled.

Would've liked a 2nd goal but who cares. Clean sheets win you titles.

Main players can now have a deserved week off for the cup game and go again in the UCL.

Man City have some interesting fixtures sandwiched in between the real Madrid games so come on guys let's do this.

By any means neccasary

Brilliant result by Arsenal. And brilliant by Nottingham forest too.

Having said that what is happening to Raya. Nearly cost the game yet again.

Obaidd and Mamoon aren’t the same poster their posting styles are too different.

I don’t think it’s that weird to go overboard with the praise Arteta either. People tend to be more negative on him on this forum but there are plenty of Arsenal fans that are really very pro Arteta.

If in 2022 you’d told me Arteta was going to challenge for the league and beating the likes of Real Madrid and others in cl, I’d have laughed at you. Even in 2022/23 people put it down to oh it’s only because Arsenal weren’t playing champions league football.

After long periods of uncompetitiveness in the league and champions league I get people’s enthusiasm. It’s not like Man City, Chelsea, Liverpool stopped spending money either. Or their star players suddenly disappeared completely.

I will stop short of giving him full credit until he actually wins something. But he’s far exceeded my expectations of him. Early on all I marked him as a manager that would sometimes get top 4. And eventually get the sack. Already proven me wrong.

Good day for Arsenal

Didn't see any of the other games so can't comment on performances but at this stage you just need to get the results and try to build a gap so that the game at the Etihad doesn't become a straight shootout

Good examples

Also the sudden threatening of throwing eggs, calling people 🤡, also complaining why I have blocked certain accounts

I could bring up loads more as well

But if you only give credit when Arteta wins trophies. Your just jumping on a band wagon according 1 clueless poster.

They will expose your "BS"

🤣🤣🤣

Years of hate and cluelessness can’t be shrugged off by ‘giving credit’ to the manager. Even rival fans will have no choice but to accept Arteta’s superiority. You being an Arsenal fan needed to do better. You didn’t and now I have a tonnes of quotable material that I will quote you and your pals on 🤣🤣

Only cluelessness is making bold claims and then Running off like a coward at end of each season. Oh but I only joined in August and September 🤣🤣🥱🥱

Your the king when it comes to being humilated every season.

Last 5 seasons of failure doesn't rewrite itself. So easy to expose people who think they are a "new poster" 🤡

You are in that unenviable position where you’re actually hoping that your team doesn’t win so that you can be ‘proven right’ lol what a miserable loser. I don’t pity you though. I will shame you more.. 🤣🤣
I support Arsensl, not Arteasexual FC that you have been exposed on supporting numerous times..

Only thing exposed here is fact you had to resort to posting under an alias because of all your past humiliations.

🤣🤣

That’s what I was hoping for when I joined this thread back in Aug/Sept. Soon I found out that my genuine views of supporting my team, my players and my manager were not welcome.
🤣🤣 you mean you created your new alias. No one has interest in a 🧌 and their Artetasexual cheerleading

6. Mad glazing of Arteta - this is the most obvious one and perhaps the reason why @Amjid Javed has his suspicions.
He's just exposed himself even more, all I had to do was set a trap and he's fallen straight into it.

The usual drivel posts have started with threats of bumping posts, calling other fans not Arsenal fans.

This gut though that changing his so called posting style would keep his identity hidden. Mask soon fell off.

I have no problem folks ridiculing my views on Arsenal/Arteta but false accusations of calling my account an alt profile is the lowest of lows.
🤣🤣 the fact uve resorted to old habits and 🧌 mode says otherwise.

Arteta FC fan boy exposed. You might as well start writing your long winded boring essays about how Arteta gets you excited every day 🤣🤣

Big weekend coming up.

Arsenal need to secure 3 points at home against Everton

City have a tricky away game against West Ham fighting for its survival! If somehow Arsenal can get that 2 match cushion (6 points net), I think it will secure the league with 7 games each to go!

Luckily we have a break from the PL this weekend, so we can play our second XI against Mansfield before we play Leverkusen and Everton next week.

I can’t imagine Arsenal losing from this position, although you have to admit it will be a hollow win going by their style of play and no competition, but this is the least they owe the fans after half a decade of investment into the current set-up.

PP Tour de 🧌 currently going on, seems atleast 4 or 5 have been trying to claim the top prize 🧌🎖

Same sort of team we put out in league cup and other FA cup games need to play. No rice, no Zubimendi, no Gabriel, saliba, saka etc.. they all need a rest.

We should have a good enough 2nd 11 to beat Mansfield. Then back to full strength for other 2 games you mentioned.

I disagree about it being a hollow win

A win is a win and no one will care how it was achieved

It's been 2 decades since they've won the league, if every goal was scored from a corner they'll not care and rightly so

Obviously from a neutral point of view we can analyse it and comment on the football being turgid etc but the winners will rightly not give a damn

In normal circumstances stances a lot of Arsenal fans would question the football or the ugly style of play. But it's got to that point where they just have to gey over the line. Longterm playing in such a manner Is not sustainable. Also if you play in such a ugly fashion yoh have to win stuff.

The game vs Brighton was a good away performance where Arsenal were pretty solid, it was a lot better then most of this season away PL performances which have been average to say the least.

I hope the mindset come the Eithad game is go there and win, regardless of whether their is a points buffer or not. The team needs to look to win in. Controlled fashion.

100%.

Win is a win and it is up to the other sides to stop them and they have not done so, Arsenal deserve credit.

Absolutely, they've mastered the set pieces and that is a skill

I will say I don't like watching it, subjectively speaking it's not what football is about and it's not what excited me growing up but that's not Arsenal's problem

And it's only Arsenal fans that can objectively challenge the style of football

If you told me next season Newcastle win the league and every single goal is an own goal I absolutely would snap your hands off and I'd not care in the slightest what anyone else thinks

Again, spot on....

Winning is what matters!

I think once Arsenal get the Monkey off the back and win the Premier league or Champions league, they will Automatically go to the next level with self belief. Which will then further enhance their game .

At this moment its all about getting over the line

Solid defence wins you the league most of the time.

Wenger inherited Graham's backline, supped the attack and started winning the league.

If Arsenal do win the league season by having a strong backline, then the attacking confidence and creativity will be unlocked for next season.

Also, Arteta comes from La Masia School of Football. These guys are taught strict total positional football philosophy from a very young age.

With football now so much dependent on athleticism and speed, we can't expect Wenger type free flowing expressive creative football, especially from a guy who's football philosophy is very antithetical to Wenger's.

However, we can expect trophy dominance. Though still too soon to say with Arsenal. Have seen the failures too many times.

Some of the fringe players today really did show they need to be shipped off at the end of the season.

Yes we won the game, some players Jesus, havertz are just not good enough to be at this club

Circumstances are not normal because loser brigade led by detective Amjid Holmes is now stressing out that Arsenal might actually win this year. Shifting the goalpost to ‘it’s not sustainable’. lol clown 🤡

You just can’t get over the fact that you are looking like the worst possible loser. Whose team’s winning but his toxic self can’t come to terms with being proven horrendously wrong. Which is why you hang on to this conspiracy theory to preserve your fragile ego. Admit it, I am not anybody else, same guy who interacted with you first time ever through this season, whom you attacked from day 1 but who backed his team and will now iA enjoy the fruits of believing while you sulk there in the corner 🤣🤣

I call it hollow not just due to the style of football they are playing when compared to early 2000’s footy or how dominant/exciting the table toppers tend to be, but due to how they’ve underperformed for 4-5 seasons, and all those efforts culminate with this; I think for sure it’s good for Arsenal fans though.

However, after this maybe they can play football less cowardly again and move on from the Arteta project.

The true test for this fella’s identity is this,

He needs to tell us what he thinks of black people.

That should confirm who is who.

@Rana

Add Odegaard as well.
I won't be shocked if he asks to leave, he's probably sulking from demotion.

I can see the attacking midfielder and attackers being revamped in the summer hopefully we will get better players in then we have now.

Every team has to keep evolving and improving every season.

I think if we get over the line this season there are still questions about the attack that need to be addressed. From a coaching perspective to.

If we win why would we move on from Arteta?

Go back to Unai?

I think that there has been a pressure to continue with Arteta until there was some kind of return from the half a decade long investment in him, the club will have that monkey off their back now and more free to explore their options to take them to the next level if they decide to. Unai is tied up with Villa but am sure there are managers from similarly big clubs you could consider.
