You guys can look at the whole of Europe and come up with just two names as possible elite managers that Utd/Liverpool/Arsenal/every damn club in Europe needs. Flick and Enrique. That seems to be the magic pill that every club needs. That’s a simplistic solution at best.Enrique and PSG will do a whole number on you guys. Those guys come fresh. That is provided arsenal manage to get beyond Atletico and someone.

Any team/any year does extremely well to reach the UCL final. We will see what the outcome is when we get there but have to enjoy every step of the journey. No club is promised success.
You sound like you’re the first person to break this news.So says a guy who's team has never won the UCL
Just giving the reminder. You know what it feels like winning the UCL when you've actually won it.You sound like you’re the first person to break this news.
4 PL games and 3 CL games left. There’s everything to win. Get behind the team or you might be running behind the bandwagon and no one to let you get on boardfalling short isn't failure.. as per usual the Arteta fan boys using low gutter standards..
Arsenal's golden period
Arsenal savior
if Man city win a domestic treble this season they will go above Arsenal as 3rd most successful club in England..
But this is currently what certain retards in the fan base are happy with.

Yep he is, always has excuse.Bhai , he's just the pakpassion equivalent of Ty from AFTV
Rival salties will call it failure when it’s clearly not. He’s put Arsenal bang in the middle of the global footballing conversation. Coming up a few points short is not failure, it’s not that binary you know.
Klopp won 1 PL titles in 9 years, he also bottled 2 titles in that time. He should have left with minimum 3 PLs.4 PL games and 3 CL games left. There’s everything to win. Get behind the team or you might be running behind the bandwagon and no one to let you get on board
According to you even Klopp is a failure so of course Arteta is a fraud by your standards. I can’t argue with the sky high standards you set.
Klopp's quadruple team needs to be given more respect.Klopp won 1 PL titles in 9 years, he also bottled 2 titles in that time. He should have left with minimum 3 PLs.
My criteria, is same for everyone.
I certainly won't be jumping on any Arteta-dry humping bandwagon.
The fact you think 6 years with zero trophies is success shows how low your standards are.
15M a year to "compete" but not to win anything.I think it's possible to hold two positions, the first being that Arteta has done a good job at Arsenal, taking them from where they were to consistently challenging for the title and the second being that ultimately he's come up short, finishing 2nd for 4 consecutive seasons is in that sense a failure
It's moreso a failure when you consider the context of those 2nd place finishes, if I'm not mistaken 3 out of 4 of those seasons Arsenal has been in the lead for the majority of the season but each time they came up short at the business end of the season. He just doesn't have the mentality to get Arsenal over the line in a title challenge
I obviously have no skin in this game but how many 2nd place finishes do tolerate before you finally say enough is enough?
Klopp won everything whilst at Liverpool, but the return of 1 title in 9 years, when he should have won 3. Is a poor return in terms of league titles.Klopp's quadruple team needs to be given more respect.
Won 2/4 domestic cups , chased city to the very end and reached the finals of the UCL.
And it doesn't even cater on how Liverpool lost the league due to largely dodgy referee decisions.
Bhai , he's just the pakpassion equivalent of Ty from AFTV
Look at the circumstances which went into those.Klopp won everything whilst at Liverpool, but the return of 1 title in 9 years, when he should have won 3. Is a poor return in terms of league titles.
To have 97 points and not win the title is insane. Unfortunately he was up against peak Man City.Klopp won everything whilst at Liverpool, but the return of 1 title in 9 years, when he should have won 3. Is a poor return in terms of league titles.
Any team thats top at end of season deserves to win leagueLook at the circumstances which went into those.

Liverpool had a lead which they threw away. Points totals is irrelevant. To have 97 points and not win the title is insane. Unfortunately he was up against peak Man City.
Idiotic referees did Liverpool more under.Do you guys reckon Liverpool would have more titles under Klopp if he was given more funds (similar to Pep) to spend on players?
Not really considering how the referees gifted points to city.Liverpool had a lead which they threw away. Points totals is irrelevant.
If you have a chance in a title race, albeit 1 chance usually and you didn't take it then thats failure.
GA I agree with this 2 positions stance. The first step is to acknowledge that Arteta has done an amazing job at this club. You know and any serious fan of EPL would know how difficult it is to maintain this sort of league position.I think it's possible to hold two positions, the first being that Arteta has done a good job at Arsenal, taking them from where they were to consistently challenging for the title and the second being that ultimately he's come up short, finishing 2nd for 4 consecutive seasons is in that sense a failure

Liverpool board got complacent at one point. Where Liverpool actually had a better team and squad then city. Ultimately to stay at top, you have to keep evolving. Liverpool didn't.Do you guys reckon Liverpool would have more titles under Klopp if he was given more funds (similar to Pep) to spend on players?
Liverpool didn't have the endless funds that city has.Liverpool board got complacent at one point. Where Liverpool actually had a better team and squad then city. Ultimately to stay at top, you have to keep evolving. Liverpool didn't.
This is also why this current Arsenal team isn't good enough to dominate, as football being played isn't sustainable, and the set up isn't there to evolve.
Liverpool lost the league that season because Liverpool drew a high number of big away games. Drawing games away to Chelsea, everton, united, Arsenal cost you. As well as a lack of depth in attacking areas from the benchNot really considering how the referees gifted points to city.
At the point Liverpool had the better squad and team, they didn't need to spend stupid amounts of money. They just needed to make smart signings, your owners decided not to.Liverpool didn't have the endless funds that city has.

The second question, is that enough by itself is up for discussion. If Arsenal finish second this time around then it would be really difficult to counter the argument that Arteta doesn’t have it in him to get them over the line. I am still very optimistic about an EPL win for this season which is why I am not thinking seriously about the alternative.
David Dein recently said this year, that he asked the other board members to help him find investors back in 2005. A time when Chelsea started to throw money around. Arsenal board, didn't want foreign investors, we also moved to a 400M stadium which club didn't have money to pay for it. So the Arsenal board (mainly old timers, set in there ways - are to blame for what happened).Exactly what happened to Arsenal as well after moving to the Emirates.
To say that Arteta has had 6 years of failure is a load of nonsense but it is the par for the course when it comes to PakPassion. The average of IQ of this forum must be in single digits.
Arteta took over Arsenal when the club was in the dumps thanks to Wenger who lost his touch years ago and Emery who will never be good enough to manage a big club and this is why he continues to reel at Aston Villa and no one wants hm.
Yes Arsenal have spent a lot of money in his tenure but so have City (who already had a champion team) and Chelsea and United who are nowhere near Arsenal right now.
To say that Arteta has done anything but a brilliant job is a big fat lie. He has done a phenomenal job. Without Arteta, Arsenal would be in a top 4 scrap like Chelsea and United.
He took a club that celebrated fourth position like winning the league and got humiliated in the UCL year in year out and transformed them into genuine heavyweight contenders for both.
Yes at some point, he will have to win the league and/or the UCL, but his story is still being written. As long as Arsenal don’t fall backwards under him, in other words, as long as they don’t recede back to the level Wenger left Arsenal in and Emery failed to get them out of it, there should be no threat to Arteta’s position.
Not winning the league by a few points and losing a UCL semifinal or final is not a failure. Failure is finishing 4th and below without competing for the title and failure is losing 10-2 to Bayern in the UCL.
The last three seasons have been anything but failures. In fact, any Arsenal fan with a brain cell would happily take these three seasons over the three FA Cup winning seasons under Wenger from 2014 to 2017.
Wenger won three FA Cups in his last four years but Arsenal fans still wanted him gone and the energy at the club was rock bottom because Arsenal were incapable of competing for the PL and the UCL.
This is the best period for the club in the last two decades by some distance and Arteta has earned the trust of the board and the proper fans. These idiots running their mouths on Internet forums have no say.

2nd place finishes are enough for the Arteta humpers to celebrate. Both Pesh Jimmy and obaid will be letting of fireworks as 2nd place is now bigger than trophyBeat 6 teams to win the double any team and fans would take . The opposition is beatable apart from the final which can go either way. It is arsenals best position in years . Arteta has the biggest month of his life . Maybe a smug moment for genuine Arteta believers .
I don’t disagree. In fact, it is what I expect because Arsenal fans are the most toxic and disgraceful fans in the game. When it's confirmed they haven't won the league and assuming the CL isn't won then I think you'll find a lot of the match going fans will be calling for him to go
Since the league is done, only winning the CL can save him
Arsenal is on the cusp of its most successful season in history and yet we have a bunch of circus clowns talking about how terrible a job Arteta has done. What retarded idiots.Beat 6 teams to win the double any team and fans would take . The opposition is beatable apart from the final which can go either way. It is arsenals best position in years . I think this is a decent ranking for analyzing a season in isolation.2nd place in the PL is bigger than winning a domestic cup.
This is my ranking:
1. League title
2. UCL
3. League runner-up
4. UCL finalists
5. FA Cup
6. League Cup
