When playing with big boys learn to take the criticism and improve your performance otherwise your so called UAE national team will remain trash with all imports from Pakistan and India no matter how much you try to portray it as a UAE team. Afghans and Ireland at least come up with most of their own players and UAE started playing cricket before them but is still behind them.

(JMHO) Problem with wahab is, he over bowls short pitch deliveries on most tracks. I am not so sure about Sami's impact despite him showing good form in PSL.
