Just imagine a National enquiry on grooming gangs targets just Pakistani men, yet innocent kids fall in to the trap of Groomers of other ethnicity. Or maybe is this what your advocating?

Because no other community work as a gang. There may be one z tow z incidents of such crimes but that is law & order incident. Grooming gangs in UK were only happen from Pak community. Infact, calling it as Pakistani will also be unfair...it is specifically Mirpuri community/ Have you seen the documentary?

Because seeking approval from the British Raj is in their nature. The grooming gangs focus on one race has given the white men of England some validation of their own uprightness. This is obviously going to be true because if a crimes of sexual abuse were attributed to the white Anglo race it would cause uproar.

The Indians who rush to validate the race element are showing solidarity with their Raj.

There was plenty earlier on in the thread, came across quite a few when Britain First started sending underage girls on sting operations, they had them on their website.

You will find that as Indians from lower class backgrounds start coming across here, you will get them acting in a similar fashion to the Pakistani ones. Their mentality is more or less the same.

They can do an inquiry into csa for Pakistani ethnicity, but it won't do much

98% of abuse will still go on anyway, but targeting the 2% will help solve everything (y)

To be fair to Sadiq Khan, I kind of feel sorry for him, I don't think he is an Islamist, heard he is an agnostic in reality. Issue is, his party has a lot of funding coming from the Islamist so he can't speak out against a lot of issues, essentially he is a total useless due to circumstance....

British ppl are the ones that voted and got all the islamists into positions of power like MPs etc who are now influencing Britian in not a good way as you can see, now they can suffer for it..

All of these group cases involving British Pakistanis appear to have occurred around 20 years ago (including recent convictions for historical abuse). Is it still happening today? That’s a question we should be asking, I don’t see any evidence of British Pakistanis still involved in it.

Years ago I spoke to a Youth Worker from the UK now settled here in Aus, he was from the Luton area and would say to me: out of all the kids from the sub continent he dealt with be it Indian, Sri Lankan etc the Pakistani kids are the ones with the most problems and difficult to deal with.

Maybe the grooming gang issues in the UK have something to do with the upbringing, this grooming gang rott has been going on for decades, I have no clue, but what a pathetic situation we have here.

I read these sort of comments quite regularly every time a crime is committed by Muslims or in this case it has been narrowed down to Pakistanis. If all communities knew about their criminal activities, we would have no crime presumably. So why don't we put this expectation on every community or ask this question of them all?

How is it being apologetic to ask for what would be the desired outcome of pinpointing ethnicity of a crime? Are you saying there is no purpose?

Just answer the question. These reports weren't undertaken for my benefit so assuming there was a point to it, what in your opinion would that be?

So anyone that raises voice against the grooming gangs and demands justice for those children who were preyed are right wingers is it?
 
Hopefully justice is served and any of these remaining these dirty men are found and jailed. Provisions need to be put in place so such heinous acts are never covered up again.

The fate of young children, girls in particular is something that ( rightly so) stirs the emotions of people. Most communities would be the same if it had been their girls as the victims. An enquiry into how it happened and IF people were scared to speak up due to racism is the very least that can be expected.

What is particularly interesting is why foreign born Indians are so keen to bring up this issue particularly those who are not in the UK. There is conflation with historic to current. All these are historic cases and almost all have been investigated and perpetrators prosecuted. They ought to look in their own backyard, being the rape capital of the world - child exploitation is probably off the scale in India particularly if you are a street child. Unlike in the UK, their government or ruling parties don't give a damn, maybe the concerned Indian accounts here can band together and form a campaign to get the government to protect these vulnerable people. What are the chances they doing that? Zero.

The right needs emotive issues to kick up a storm and polarise society and gain popularity. Ironically many in the far right infact have issues within their own camp of issues relating to child exploitation.

Most of these cases are decades old, the difference now and back then is the failings of the authorities are being highlighted, secondly these issues have become very politicised due to your daddy Elon Musk and other right wing weirdos.

To be honest bro I am not worried about Indians. Yes far right is worrying as it can often result in violence against public opinion.

But the scandal is so shocking that even that is minor to some of the shame i feel at the anger of these men. They set our community back big time. Even more shocking is that after committing these acts they would go back to their wives and daughters pretending to be respectable members of society. The more I read about these cases, the sadder and upset I become about it.

Indians should absolutely look in their backyard, but this was our backyard, and I don't care what the neighbours think if I can see that it stinks as well. I don't want to engage in a battle of the perverts to say your perverts are worse than ours.

Our community should introspect. Men commiting these acts on scale despite belonging to a culture where honour is cherished and projected, where sex before marriage is a major sin and where we give pyaar on the head of young girls and call them beta shows something major failed.

I absolutely agree with you about introspection and similarly, have the same rage towards these beasts and they should face the consequences for what they have done.

My point about these Indian is that they are amplifying a narrative to tarnish the entire community, they have no interest of victims. If you zoom out, child sexual exploitation is broadly in line with the population percentage, if anything it is slightly over represented in white community.
