What's new

Australia (191 & 93/2) demolish India (244 & 36/9) by 8 wickets to win the 1st Test

I guess we won a good toss there but throwing away the game now. We should have Australia bowled under 150. Those catches can cost us the game.

The tail should just go hard now and try and get 60-70 runs. If India can post a 150+ target it will be hard work for Australia.

Saha has been abysmal and so bloody overrated for his mental fortitude.

Josh is in his 3rd over, means he’ll bowl 54 more, while Commins will be replaced by Starc. Then Josh will be replaced by Cummins for a 4 overs shorts bursts. If Indian cricket bings lasts longer, the. they’ll bring Lyon from one end and bowl 3-4 overs’ short spells, rotating 3 pacers.

Junaids - this is how you operate with three pacers bowling absolute flat out. And remember, these three have bowled 20 overs each on day 1, less than 35 hours ego.

No but what about part time spinners and trundlers who can average 30 at 8, 9 and 10 :))

This wicket is a strange one, its very tough.. If we can get 120 target it can make it tricky for Aus... We still have the 38 year old grandpa Wridhi Mahan Swaha batting for us instead of a flamboyant, stroke player Pant, so we have hope..

One flamboyant stroke player opened for India in this game. Fusion of tendulkar lara and Sehwag

To be fair it's really unfair as India hardly ever play Tests under lights... wait a minute...

Honestly I feel bad for indians. Its heart breaking but I am was so annoyed by a poster who was sating tones of Ind are missing 6 first choice players and that rubbish toss theory

Should have picked Rishabh. don't like the treatment he is getting from Shastri and Kohli.

Less than 30 all out would be awesome. Difficult job for Australia to get 2 wickets within 4 runs:kp

Kohli might have ordered the team to collapse. Cant be late on the important flight bak home.

Indians must concentrate on IPL and expanding it so that it goes on year round..

There are only 3 players who deseve to be in this Indian team: Virat, Bumrah and Shami.... the rest are just useless.

Absolutely. People may call Pujara all time great but his style of batting is not suited in Australia. Here you need to attack as much as possible.

Yeah Pujara who singlehandedly carried the batting lineup last time and won an away series is useless lol.

I didnt watch the last series but I am not sure Pujara inspires too much confidence with his blockathons. An hour ago Warne made the comment that he needs to improve his strike rotation ... I think which leads to putting pressure on his partners.

Hazelwood ruining a potential 8 fer for cummins. Did it last series as well when Cummins got 6 in Melbourne

Where's Mamoon his beloved india 🇮🇳 are humiliated. 1 billion population and this kind of phenti...they just as worse as pak...ghar k sher only

I feel like I have been robbed of a potentially classic test match.

Kohli should deservedly get pelters from all corners for derailing the team's preparation for this series, which was already challenging due to the pandemic.

checking with Kolhi why did he play that shot.

Rahul Dravid. Played slow. We almost defeated ATG Aus in Aus in 2003.

Alaister Cook. Played slow. Beat Aus 3-1.

Pujara played slow. Beat Aus 2-1 (could have been 3-1 had Sydney not rained).

Data simply doesn't support your theory tho.

This is a fluke from the Aussies. :-D

5 wickets for 3 runs
. Averaging less than one run.
Hazlewood has given me a humble pie

Wow just wow! Don't think I've ever witnessed such a bowling performance!! No plays n misses - every single time getting an edge...

Pujara is nowhere close to how Cook and Dravid played. what makes you do that comparison?

Best Indian side the greater of the great, greater that the West Indies, greater that the Aussies.
