T20 used him well - as he stood on the boundary for 12th man duties

I think he should be appointed as the official spokesperson for the pak team after he retires :).

Catches win matches.. but this dosent apply to our team !so all our bolwers must hit the stumps or get lbw easy peasy :)!

Out of interest - can Sami hit 90 mph - average bowlers all over the world seem to be able to quite easily.

Because an 80mph Sami is going to be of little use to us

I really hope he can hustle them up with his pace. I don't want to see another 130K trundler.
Yeah, I have always been a Sami fan, but not the medium pace trundler. I dont care if he goes for runs, just go out there and bowl fast

Pakistani players signing the pink caps. MoYo talking with McGrath. Initiative taken by Pakistan team to wear the pink caps and return them to McGrath Foundation

Jan 2 will henceforth be referred to as the Muhammad Sami day.

Well, things do come full circle. I remember when Sami bore the brunt of everyone's abuse. Now he is being viewed as a potential saviour!

Oh great!! Fielding on a wet outfield. We can't catch the ball when its dry. What chance have we got with the wet ball?
Our only realistic options are bowled, lbw or batsman hit wicket

Mahmood Khan to sing Pakistan anthem. Everyone stand up. You don't have to be in public to stand up

who's Mahmood Khan i.e. the guy doing the Pak anthem?

Pak national anthem is being played, I mean a person is singing it,
not tunes,
this is the first time i have seen actual person singing before cricket match :14:

National Anthem
Who's actually standing up in their homes?
We used to shut off TV in Pakistan if it was still on when anthem came on. It meant end of PTV transmission for the day

That guys voice was the worst i have heard in quite a while.

In the Quid Final Sami was express and moving the ball, hope he balls like that today

The playing times today assuming no further interuptions are as follows. Afternoon session 2.00pm to 4.20pm. Tea 4.20pm to 4.40pm. Evening session 4.40pm to 6.30pm. Play can go as late as 7.00pm if necessary in order to fit in the required 63 overs to be bowled.

And before the national anthem there was a program called 'Farmaan-e-elaahi'. One of my cousins used to shout at the end of Farman-e-elahi: "Yaar jaldi se band karo kaheen taraana na shuru ho jaaye."

Players giving the pink caps to McGrath as they walk out. The green cpas or white floppys go on
