Their bowlers have to be quite tired, hes probably looking to fire a quick 150ish and give Pakistan a 400 chase. Plus get some rest for his bowlers.

Not that much rain, will be a result for sure as the rain will go over at night for the most part and there will be plenty of time for a result. Otherwise i would have put a big bet on for a draw.

Majority of Day 5 will be lost due to rain it seems with some chances of rain tomorrow.

This seems for sure maybe he can get the 9th one on boundary as well to slow the rate and in hope for a draw.
Moyo will set the atttacking field:) Moyo shouldn't be afraid of losing

There are questions about Ponting's expiry date. I think Ponting wants to score another century and quite his critics. Match will be a draw from here.

PPers are all very sad, and dissapointed. This is something to just enlighten the mood :)

Who was that guy holding the cup?

I think it was cause his main bowlers are tired
fair enough. Even though I doubt Pakistan will make anything over 300 in the 2nd innings anyway.

wait, didnt yousuf give watson the stare? which is why he got out few overs later?

Yep, he gave him The Stare™ and some words and he nearly got out next ball he faced and was out not long after that. :moyo

As i said, no it wont or i would put money on it. Weather is what i do and it is a gamble at times but you get a good Idea most of the time. A draw is still paying $2.60-3.20 so jump on if you thing a day will be lost to rain!:)
No one can say for sure until mid tomorrow what day 5 weather will be, Tas has so many variables compared to most places it is hard to go over 24 hours accurately, but the way it looks now it will pass through at night and there might be a late avro or early morning stoppage and that will be it.

We're gonna bat again, where do you think Manzoor comes in this time? I would seriously consider him dropping down to the tail. That would mean Yousaf coming in at 3, which he won't do!

Pakistan trail Australia by about the same amount that Ponting scored, after he was dropped on 0.

It makes me physically sick to watch that drop again.

Come on Yousuf, time to bust out The Stare™. Don't care who it's aimed at, just do it

We are taking too much time between overs, what is going on?

The delay is because the umpire is helping Yousuf with his eye drops, need to recharge those staring powers

You are going crazy for that stare, aren't you?

I am missing part of the joke. When did he start The Stare (TM)?

I can not see the match. I just read from this forum and crapinfo...
The stare was and still is being broadcasted all over the world for the past 24 hours and you don't know about it? Even you deserve a stare :moyo

Yousef commenting on his trademarked stare:

"I just stopped, not saying anything. I was just very sad because he is 25 and he can't run," he said. "That is why I was standing there. I cannot say anything to him. I am not coming back, I can only back him to play a long innings. On a flat wicket, two run-outs are very disappointing."

and

"We are not playing for self, we are playing for the country. I am 35 years old, if I get three runs, he is 25 years old, why can he not run? Me and him did the same 140 overs of fielding. We play for the country here not self. He is a little lazy runner everybody knows that."

And he was proven right as Butt got out as soon as he got to his century!

why didn' aussies enforced follow on?
Pitch is still good, batting not that difficult - Asif and Gul hung around for a while pretty easily.

So Aussies to bat and put up a huge lead and then hope that pitch will also deteriorate more and they will press home for the win.
