Big fan of him, he's the cousin of Umar Akmal. He also bowls some handy off-spin. He is fairly inconsistent though. Has a good knock and then a few bad ones. The big guy is Sami Aslam. Future legend.
Is p.a.r.c.h.i a swear word?
I dont see how you can be termed as a ****** when you average 58
Is he left-handed?
Can he play at #6?
Can he bowl?
Is he a good fielder?
If the answers to those questions are yes than he should be given a try against Zimbabwe in January.

Yes, A little Just like Azhar Ali or Ahmed Shehzad (though he's a Off-Spin bowler)
Is he a good fielder?
Yes, He's a good fielder

He is Umar Akmal's cousin?
How many of them are there in Pakistan!?
They are 11 in total. So one day we might see all of them representing Pak in the same match.
I hope he makes his Test Debut first and i do not want him to play meaningless t20s.
He should definitely be tried when Pakistan tour Zimbabwe later this year.
Too early yaar.. We all know Pakistani selectors.. one bad performance from a youngster and he is out and will never be given a chance again. Its better if he builds himself up for a year or so and is selected then.
It is an unfortunate fact that the most talented batsman that we have produced off-late lead the U19 team to its worst finish ever. Pak have never finished below fourth in that tournament.
Bababr Azam playing on 30+ not out in his come back.
But he is an opener, and shoud be opening the innings. He is made to bat at 4-5.
that's one way to see thingsHe is very young and it's a good decision to play him at 4-5. If he can score heavily here he can be pushed up the order.
With the wickets being bowlerfriendly he might struggle to get runs at the top and that will dent his confidience.
Remember Younis Khan played many years down the order before he was pushed to come one down.
that's one way to see things
I personnally think, he should, from a young age, face the new ball in difficult conditions no matter if he fails innings after innings!
Azam look more like an ODI player like Ehsan looks like a test player.......
Ofcourse he should play a little more unlike Ehsan he is having a up down performance maybe play him after couple of seasons.....
In under 19 cup he looked like a good captain too very attacking which is what we need
despite an ordinary U-19 WC Sami Aslam was the star bat of the last U-19 graduates. In his first season he is consistently outperforming his experienced partner Nasir Jamshed.![]()
Madplayer just got to know Babar Azam's brother Safeer Azam also plays cricket he is 16 years old and recently played the inter district U-19
As you are a die- hard fan of Babar just thought to share this wonderful news with you
Who knows we might as well get a Babar Azam v2.0 as well....![]()
If he recovers in time will he/can he be added to world t20 squad ?
Called it 5 years ago.![]()
I did not realize he is also a potent bowler.
