Bangladesh beat India by 79 runs In 1st ODI

India really don't seem to want Pakistan in the Champions Trophy.
 
If BD are batting this well on a pitch like this just imagine the carnage India are going to do.
 
Comeon give our batsman some credit for surprising Indian bowlers.

he was very good in IPL.But will always struggle on pattas as he depends on swing

As i have already mentioned, sowmya looks the real deal. He along with the likes of Litton, taskin, sabbir is gonna make BD a very competitive side in all formats.
 
Ashwin is clearly not in control of his line and length so far. Bowling too legsidish and loads of short pitched stuff for this track.

More of a cowlasher though useful.

I think we need Taskin in tests alongside another quality seam bowler. Mustafizur might be the answer to our worries

Yeah has bowled well. Mirpur wickets still suit such bowlers. We are missing Arafat Sunny. If he was in the side given the position we are in it would be our match to lose.

I don't trust 4 pacers. 2 is more than enough.
 
Pakistan and India getting owned by the youngest brother. What a shame.
 
Sarkar is a great find for BD, lad has a future in intl cricket.

While there may be many in his age group in cricket but his humbleness separates him apart

Agreed. Sabbir looked pretty confident stroke-maker in the Pak series. I think he could be developed into a very useful player even for test cricket (instead of someone like Hom who looked clearly out of depth for Intnl cricket).

For once supporting India but they have disappointed do far...but i expect India to chase what ever Bangladesh put on..
I expect Kohli to score atleast in 3 centuries in this series

Raina is such a useful player in LOIs. While many claim VK is the lone ranger at times, people underestimate the role Raina plays in the side. He is an aggressor, a miser bowler and brilliant fielder.

Both openers making 50, if no drastic thing happen then BD should make around 300.

Not sure that will be enough though.

Rain will help India, being the chasing team. Were really really lucky last time around when we toured Bangla. :Binny_the_legend

BD did right thing though by batting fast sould overs get reduced.
 
Rain spoils the game yet again like I did in test. Hope its just a passing shower and we get to see full game instead of a rain curtailed one.
 
The rain is going to halt our progress. Tamim has been looking ominous. Now Indian fielder's can relax and make plan on how to get back into the match
 
India receiving phainta, Pak receiving frustration.

Its like a subcontinent civil war. Everyone is playing everyone.
 
We look good to score 375, then again, that is 250 runs from 34 overs is not easy and this rain break is going to help India's cause.

Now I think I understand how teams like Australia felt when their match against us in WC was washed out :P
 
Rain saves India. Good planning by India arranging this series during the monsoon season. They just might escape without getting embarrassed.
 
Another run fest on cards. Terrible pitches. Bring on those pitches , on which taskin got a 5-fer and Binny got a 6-fer. Now that would be fun.
