Good point, but he really should have bowled earlier and tried to get him out... there were no slog overs to protect once they had already beat the stuffing out of them.

Nah, it's a gentleman's game. If you are hurt, you can use a runner, but then you can't use a runner again for the rest of the tournament (I think)
