If PK lose this game to so called minnow Bangladesh, then the word "Minnow" should be replaced with Pakistan. Example, you can start calling Pakistan Bangladesh, Pakistan Zimbabwe, Pakistan Ireland...etc.

Bangladeshis is the word or shortened BD, Loads of Bengalis are Indians, it is just like using Punjabis when India vs Pakistan is going on :)

After such shameful performance if anyone from pakistan say Bangladesh is minnow then he should rightly be slapped on face. We are minnows not Afghanistan and Bangladesh.

I have read a newspaper where it wrote Malik's stat is poor against BD. May be Malik read it too and gonna score big today.
 
Malik 2.0 should be next PM of Pakistan, Bhabi can help initiate dialogue too.

Yup, I want him to do well even if Pakistan loses, He is our own Indian Damaad and he needs to score runs otherwise he has loads of haters ready to throw him out of the team calling him TTF etc.

Yes. I actually predicted his revival after the 2015 World Cup. I feel (or felt) that he was not comfortable sharing the dressing with the likes of Afridi, Misbah, Younis etc.
 
Malik must be under enormous pressure.No reliable batsman to come after him!
 
I hope Malik takes up coaching when he is done playing and works with the national team. He is a intelligent cricketer.

Do you think he is captaincy material though? I don't think Sarfraz is fit (in more ways than one) for the job and representing Pakistan.

Naah minnow would still be Bangladesh. Successful tournament for them means winning a match or so against top nation, that's about it.
 
BD gonna regret that missed runout. That would have brought the sloggers out. No way they had the buckle-down temperament of Imam.
 
I hope Pakistan wins this match. I would prefer Rohit and Co trash Pakistan team than the Bangladesh team. #TrashTalk #IndiaVsPakFinalHopefully
 
Bangladesh were also 35 for 3 at 10 over mark . So it's possible if partnership happens. Both teams battling it out to go to finals. Prediction this is gonna be a thriller
 
Wow everyone is praising Malik but did they forget about his past. His past is shady as it comes remember when he threw the game so Karachi Dolphin can't make into playoffs...

No, it definitely isn’t like that. If Punjab was to separate from Pakistan and create a country called Punjadesh we’d still call them Punjabis from time to time even though there are probably more Punjabis in India.
 
Bangladesh need to start playing here to win their 5th ever ODI against the mighty Pakistan.

Malik cannot manage egos, that was one of the main reasons why he lost the dressing room as captain. The senior players were not happy to see him bypass them for captaincy post Inzamam, although it was the right decision.

He is the most senior and respected player in this team so the environment is different now.
 
Imam is also poor cricketer but at least he tries not to throw his wicket
 
My Tamil isn't great but seems a better choice to listen to the Tamil commentary than Rameez and Sunny bhai
 
Is there a stat for most dot balls played in this tournament so far? We know its pakistan but by how much though?
 
When was the last time mashrafe played a game where he didn't act injured or overly tired?

Agreed. What do you make of Hafeez as a player? He is a pretty clean hitter of the ball and I feel he'd serve better at 6 than Asif Ali.
 
Extremely disappointed by the youngsters Babar and Fakhar. While outright frustrated with Sarfraz who hasn't justified the trust and confidence given to him.
 
BD 20/30 runs short and that missed run out chance might be very costly.

We are without our 2 key players. Shakib and Tamim.
