I guess it's just that if you don't lose any wickets in the first ten overs, you would hope to have 45 or so runs on the board at least, maybe even 50-55 considering the bowling isn't world class

Pak needs to keep wickets and play ground shots and by default start reaching 130 runs by 33rd over with wickets in hand. That is how batting will become consistent.
