In ODIs , it remains to be seen how good PAkistan are after Misbah's retirement

Over all (TEst+ODI+T20) both Pak and SL are way ahead of BAngladesh

Hockey isnt played in streets and Muhallas and on roofs, Cricket will recover and anyway we are still no. 3 in tests, In ODIs we are horrible and need one very good batsman
 
People are forgetting we lost our practice matches in New Zealand too. These matches are really only for acclimatisation. None of the bowlers will be giving their 100% anyway.
 
Everyone needs to calm down a tad and give the guy (Azhar Ali) and the team a break. It's going to be a bit of a transition period - losing the captain of our team and the stability of our batting, as well as the presence of Afridi (not that he has done much over the last few years!). It’s a new/inexperienced team, one that can build, let’s get behind them...a warm up loss (we haven't even lost yet!) doesn't mean the team is finished.

Everyone moans we don’t build for the future, but now that we have a younger (slightly!) captain and new faces everyone is moaning that we are rubbish.

If we don't produce superstars people will lose interest. Already the kids of today have comparatively less interest compared to when we were kids. We would skip school for matches while they prefer to watch football matches when cricket is going on.

Pakistan and Sri Lanka are horrible teams now but your comment is still laughable. Bangladesh is even worse than them. I don't know what's gotten into Bangladesi fans ever since they beat England. They suddenly had this feeling that they could beat any side in the world and they ended up getting crushed by India
 
whatever it is..this team in batting departmnet looks such a bad team.. atleast uner akmal and ahmed shahzad needed.

That is true. This is the defining generation. The next 10 years. Football is already starting to gain alot of interest since the 2007 exit from the world cup. One superstar in that sport and cricket will be gone after 10 years
 
Wrist slitters here need actually practice what they preach and do Pakistan a great service.

Its only a warm up game. Give these boys 2 series at the very least.

I've read posts where Bangla fans claimed they could have won the WC had "that" ball not been given a no ball. Logic:

- Australia is week against spin and Bangla supposedly has great spin bowlers
- NZ was playing their first game in Aus and would not have adjusted to the new grounds

So basically Bangla unfairly lost the WC due to that decision.

Also supposedly Bangla has a psychological edge over NZ due to all the "Banglawashes".
 
Azhar was just trying his part time options plus testing Ajmal and Yasir.
Now when strike bowlers are back, result is there for all to see.

Lol . !! Shows how people tend to forget everything just after having an average series with bat in a flatest of pitch. He was pathetic with the bat for more than a year since the start of SA series in 2013 until the series against Aus

I would say we have nice parting gifts, but those are usually for those who actually have some semblance of an idea of what's actually going on. Try and keep up.
 
Looks like BCB XI ran out of gas towards the end. But good fight from Shabbir nonetheless. Not impressed by Pakistan bowling. Mushfiqur, Soumya, Mahmudullah, Shakib should really put them to task.

Haha I know...They STILL feel cheated to the point that Mustafa Kamal left his post as chairman. I'm surprised after all the failures Bangladesh cricket has ammased they still have fans. After all they treat every victory against a higher ranked team as if they've won the worldcup (like England). How would they expect to be taken seriously in cricket if they do that. Sri Lanka could have swam or sunk. But they swam with the Big teams. Bangladesh are still not able to do that. And when you watch teams like Ireland you feel they deserve test status more than Bangladesh
 
they have only 3 wickets left now so surely we will win - can't get complacent just yet though!
 
Trust me, I said in a post earlier this week that over the past few months Junaid is back to full rhythm and looks even better than he ever has done.

Rahat has always been a liability, never rated the guy and like I said earlier, I am a firm believer in stats and he is terrible in list-a. In fact he did poor in the WC other than that SA match.

I mean look at these matches and his figures to Sadaf Hussain in every single match and Sadaf has comprehensively outperformed him, also note that this tournament was played with the kookaburra ball:

Misbah is a curse. When the batting fails and he does well, he says they need to do good. But when everyone fails then he says it is the pitch.

Remember Asia Cup final, Misbah has always been a poor man's Fawad Alam. Misbah couldn't get a century and Fawad did, Misbah couldn't say anything in the press conference.
