Best bat for around Rs. 7000.00

I have a budget of around Rs. 7000 and have a friend visiting Karachi. What is the best bat that I can get for this price? One option is Malik Sher Amin. Any other (and better) options? Please suggest.

Also, is Sher Amin Grade 1 English willow?

ASV3 will be your best option although it will cost a little more than 7000.....quality stick for a nominal price point!

Called UT Sports last night and they said that the prices of some bats have increased recently. The MB Sher Amin is Rs. 7500.00, Bubber Sher is still 10000.00. ASV3 is also 10000.00 and ASV10 is 12500.00.
