Don't know Mohsin Naqvi but I have the feeling that it would be the same outcome whoever is in charge. BCCI dictate world cricket and thus the ICC has to follow suit.

Naqvi is a Minister in the Pakistan government. It's as close as the Pakistan government getting involved in Cricket gets - and why not? BCCI have their Hindutva cult spearhead son of Amit Shah - Jay Shah.

I have a feeling Naqvi has pre-approval to go all in and we may see a different outcome this time.

If one thing India's insecurity has proven, is India exists because of Pakistan, and without Pakistan the BCCI would go bust (Fair & Lovely among other sponsorships breathing down BCCI's neck).

It is game over for the BCCI. They've exposed their thermal exhaust port anyway.

Since ICC likes to be an obedient pet of BCCI, their name should be changed to BP (BCCI's Pet).

My guess is he has first hand information on Pcb accounts, and from my memory PCB chairmen change so often that BCCi doesn’t send a team but PCB ends up sending one.
