They could build Fort Knox and it wouldn't make a difference. This is not about security. This is about India doing what they can to bully and repress Pakistan. This is something their leaders have openly admitted themselves. And because cricket is one of the few areas where Indians exercise pretty much full power and control, they use it as a tool to do just that. Also, Indians who hide behind the age-old excuse of '...oh it's the government's prerogative', to defend India's actions are either intellectually dishonest or don't care about the future of the sport.

If they genuinely want India to play there they have to take it up with GOI not BCCI. Ramiz Raja, Harsha Bhogle, Virat Kohli don't decide that. If it were upto Kohli he probably will travel.

That is not happening. India will have the cake and eat it as well in this case. Refuse to play in Pakistan and have all their league matches and knockout matches in another country (likely UAE). Being the VIP, India will have moved half of the tournament and the semis and finals out of Pakistan.

So why did we tour pakistan thrice between 2004-2008 and played so many bilaterals with you in the 90s and the 00s, if we were still salty about what happened in 1947?
